Travelodge by Wyndham Beckley

Everything was filthy. There was a pile of dirty towels outside by door at 9pm check in that stayed there all night. The hook lock for the door was broken. The bath mat was filthy. the carpets in the room and halls had not been vacuumed.

Clean, well maintained.

Never took my shoes off, rug looked old and worn. Bedding didn't match the two beds and was sketchy looking, slept poorly on top. Couldn't wait to leave. If we hadn't paid over $100, we would have left immediately, How Wyndham allows this is a good question. I will be letting them know. And don't use the railing on the front steps, as its very loose and an accident waiting to happen.

It was like they were doing us a favour, not the other way around. Bed was unmade, no breakfast as at all, just coffee and juice. The operators had their kids hanging around the inside entrance with a dog being tended to in the reception area. Staff was standing outside bothe the front and rear doors smoking.

Room was not clean, very noisey

The staff were kind and accommodating. Nothing at all like the pics or the reviews. Dirty. Smelled moldy. Floor was wet and sticky. No breakfast. No coffee pot in the room to make instant. Luckily I brought my own canned coffee. Sketchy neighborhood. Looked more like a long term stay motel.

The site location is awkward to even get to. You. Have to drive through the dairy Queen parking lot just to get to the motel. The room was filthy and all leaving to it was horrible. A pile of linen and towels soaked and pissed the hallway in the room across from us. There was a picture of a breakfast bar and and there was no breakfast service included in the list of amenities

The staff were down to earth and friendly I got wet and washed my hair and the hot water ran out! The TV remote didn't work so I heard everything from everyone; babies crying, guys coughing, etc

The room was deplorable. The door jam was damaged beyond repair so we couldn’t securely lock it. The place doesn’t need a facelift. It needs to be demolished.

Very good value. Con: drapes were unhooked and drooped so that they could not be closed adequately. No clock in the room. Difficult to find the motel in the area. Tv has bad sound.

Room itself was decent Poor wifi, no high definition TV, no bed cover (only a sheet - was cold), NO HOT TUB, as advertised - staff stated hit tub gone since 2020 - BIG DISAPOINTMENT - booked for the hit tub. The bed was uncomfortable and my room was directly beside a Dairy Queen drive thru window - load

Don't use booking.com! They ripped me off!

Worst place ever

Front desk staff are great. Carpet in hallway and room needs updating, Lighting needs updating. More attention to cleaning: found Cheeto on carpet, dust bunny around table lamp base, and dirty door (grey with finger prints).

Room had a very low toilet that I had a hard time using said I was handicapped but they need at least one room with handrails. Also in the shower needs handrails

People fighting in the hallway,two people got arrested Didn’t get any sleep Mattress needs upgraded

The curtain would not fully close. The key was difficult to use.

Mediocre. They had to go in and get the used towels out of the room and put new ones in when I arrived. Not many outlets so they had extensions loaded. Could not see out of the peephole in the door, looked like it was filled with paper.
