Clean bed linens, bed was comfortable and air conditioner worked. Has a fridge and microwave, we only used the fridge. The rooms need updating and a deep cleaning. We woke up to ants crawling on the bathroom floor. The toilet and bathtub looked ok. The bathmat to step on was wet, didn't get dry in the laundry. The hair dryer works but needs cleaned.

Lady at front desk could not get us towels for the pool bc she was the only employee. Place is old lots of staires .

It is an older building, the rooms/toilets are quite aged. The breakfast was great, and the staff were very helpful

Property very old. Didn’t want to walk on carpet in our room. Wallpaper coming off in some areas. Non existent chain for door, hardware there but no chain to use. One good thing about it was the breakfast. Real scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, big pot oatmeal and good choices of bread. Coffee was good. Would not stay agai

The pool was nice. The beds should be queens instead of fulls and the pleather from the computer chair was peeling so if you sat in it, it clung to you

There needed to be a second employee checking people in on a Friday night. People calling should not get precedent over a line in the lobby. The staff were all polite and friendly, especially the breakfast staff. The breakfast had a nice selection and was well stocked. The room itself was clean and up to date. The fan on the fridge seemed like it was going out but kept our food cold. The entire property needed to be smoke free. We walked through smokers at the main entrance and side entrance. Smokers set the fire alarm off twice, once at 2-3AM and again while we were leaving passing the fire department. Id like to think this was a fluke caused by other occupants that left also.

This place gave me the creeps. From the stained carpeting and tattered desk chair to the grungy hallways I couldn’t wait to leave. Breakfast was reasonably stocked, though and front desk attendant was nice. I have no idea how this had a rating of 8.0.

Never made it to hotel, due to not being able to obtain transport

We stayed in the pet rooms - clean but carpet had visible stains from past pet stays, which is not unexpected but unsightly just the same. Breakfast had plenty of options. This is our go hotel to bc we have pets. Have stayed overnight at this location multiple times with no issues. Staff are super friendly. Would recommend for those traveling with pets.
