I got into the room and saw the previous customers door keys sitting on the desk. Soon after, I tried to use the TV, but the remote was missing. I turned it on manually, but there were no buttons to change the channel. I checked under the blanket, maybe it was flipped over the remote... nope. I searched under the bed, but it was solid to the floor. I found it on the near side of the room on the floor between the headboard and chest of drawers. Frustrating, but ultimately not a huge deal. Then at nearly 4AM, the fire alarm goes off for about 3 minutes. I quickly dressed and peeked out the door... no smoke, the alarm turns off, so I settle back in but its pretty hard to get back to sleep after all that.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The accommodations were a little less than par due to the moldy smell in the room. I was given another room which was much better. There were issues with the toilet not working properly, but I managed. I did like the location because it was in walking distance to so many restaurants, a CVS, rental car place.

There were small ants in the bathroom, and toilet was dirty in check in. I told the staff at the front desk when checking out, since we were there such a short time, they did not seem to care. The free breakfast was decent. I would not stay there again.

Room 224 was nice: all amenities available plus the only balcony overlooking the pool... definitely an outdated establishment w'grungy carpets and patched wallpaper coming loose at the seams. The workers were pleasant and eager to please. Good breakfast.

Stavin hill's keeping was great. Shower is cold. There was a lot of noise and screaming. There's a hallway that particular night
-
Shower didn’t drain at all and had horrific air pressure. There was also hair on the floor that did not belong to our family.

It was a quiet hotel and clean
-
THE ROOM SEEMED NOT TO HAVE BEEN CLEAN - THERE WAS AN OLD SET OF KEY CARDS ON THE TABLE - THERE WAS A USED BAR OF SOAP IN THE SHOWER - THERE WAS AN EMPTY BOX OF YAHOO MILK UNDER THE BED - THERE WAS STAINS ON THE BED BLANKET AND THE SIDE CHAIR STAIN

Close to many resturants

Dirty shower

The front desk was very helpful and courteous.

It was fine. Its an older property, a little run down and shabby. Both main floor restrooms were out of order. Breakfast was good.

The carpet was stained. Any time we used the HVAC it smelled of something foul. Possibly mold.

Our room smelled like dirty old stale cigarette smoke. Corners on the bathroom floor were grungy dirty, we noticed a plastic bag over the smoke detector in the room, the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed, I found a live cockroach on the bathroom floor, and it looked like someone squished one on the bathroom wall, the tub wouldn't drain and there were only about 4 tissues in the box, the clock radio was broken, the door to the room rubbed against the frame which made it very hard to open and close. The freezer in the frig needed to be defrosted and was making strange noises during the night. I will never stay in this place again! Terrible! Stay else where!

The room was not cleaned very well. Had a Wendy’s lid & straw on floor behind the toilet & the ice bucket had a used liner & was 1/3 full of water from melted ice. Biggest problem was the toilet messed up & overflowed and we had to switch rooms at 2:30 in the morning. Staff was good about finding another room but no compensation was offered for the inconvenience or trouble.

Clean room and breakfast

Refused to stay in first assigned room. All furniture surfaces were sticky, ridiculous amounts of hair on many surfaces, and peeling and torn furniture. I do appreciate Brianna, who provided us with another, cleaner room. It was my first stay at a Quality Inn, and it will be my last.

Great

Typical for a cheap hotel… Breakfast was the only decent thing.

Right after checking in, I used the restroom and discovered the toilet wouldn’t flush. This is not something a guest would know until after using it. I then tried calling the front desk, but the room phone was also not working. The staff showed me another room, but that toilet was already clogged with used tissue and the room was not clean. At that point, I lost confidence in the property’s cleanliness and maintenance and requested a refund instead of continuing to switch rooms. To make matters worse, the manager was dismissive and unhelpful rather than acknowledging the issues. Even after leaving, my calls regarding the refund were not answered. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience due to poor room maintenance, cleanliness, and customer service. I cannot recommend this hotel.
