Breakfast was as advertised, a continental. Only issue was the odor.

Bright, welcoming entrance area and friendly staff. Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Breakfast was pretty limited, but coffee was excellent!

The breakfast was rather bland. The room smelled of old cigarettes as if it was once a smoking room. The room and bathroom were overall small. Barely enough room to walk. There was no overhang to park for check in/out. It was raining and everything got wet. This is an updated hotel with the Hilton name attached

This was a simple stop for the night on our long drive. Hotel was clean and staff was great. We love Sparks, this will be our 2nd staying at one.

Everything about my stay was good. The only issue is the WiFi. It constantly disconnected. It effected the tv the first couple of nights but the last night from 6pm till about 10pm it disconnected 9 times. All I had to do is go into my settings, turn off the WiFi and then turn it back on. Wait for you to accept my password and I was good. It became a pain. Sorry.

This was the cleanest hotel I've been in for years. It is relatively new and is not showing any signs of wear yet. The bathrooms were spotless. And our room was beautifully clean. I did not use the free breakfast buffets feature. So I cannot comment on the quality of the food. But my was great. And I will be staying there again.

Small room with 2 queen beds. Not much room to walk around the beds. No drawers, no coffee pot, no alarm clock. Breakfast was bagels, yogurt and cereal. Staff was very friendly which was the best part.

Very nice staff unfortunately that’s the only positive I have. Bathroom was very dirty. Website said restaurant but they did not have a restaurant. Breakfast was mediocre. Room overpriced. I am surprised Hilton put their name on this hotel

The hotel over all looked clean. There were hairs left on the shower wall which made me wonder how clean it actually was. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast, although minimal, was fresh and tasty. Very convenient location from 64, we stayed here to visit new river gorge national park, which was only a 30 minute drive away.

Very new hotel. It was spotless and staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided a minimal continental breakfast. Safe area and free parking available.

Hotel is newly renovated, both the rooms and lobby, halls, etc. Convenient location. The Mexican restaurant across the street had great food. Breakfast is only bagels, cereal and yogurt. But they had several toppings for the yogurt. Very good. Our only complaint is there seemed to be little sound proofing! The room above us, the ice machine… but we’d definitely stay here again!

All aspects of our first stay Spark by Hilton exceed our expectation! We will be back!

The room was sparsely furnished there was a desk and office chair for sitting. Ok for one person second person had to sit on the bed. We were on the first floor on the parking lot side and there are no privacy curtains on the window so the drapes had to be closed all the time. Breakfast was definitely continental, cereal, bagels, muffins, oatmeal packets, and hard boiled eggs.

Very handicap friendly. Staff was very helpful. I am handicap the woman that checked us in was more than helpful. I travel a lot and never had such nice people and make sure I had what I needed

Clean and affordable. The rooms are small but adaquate for a quick overnight. Would not want to stay for an extended time.
