Basically a Super 8 with lipstick. Free breakfast was a joke. Orange juice was literally orange water. Doors slamming well into the early morning

Our room was great with air conditioning that got nice and cold. However, we were very disappointed with the breakfast selection. It was only bread products, cereal, boiled eggs, and yogurt with some toppings. Nothing warm, nothing fresh. We would up going to the nearby Chick-fil-A for breakfast because we were so dissatisfied with our options.

The property recently went through a complete renovation and it was a pleasant surprise! It was extremely clean and the staff was super helpful.

Staff were extremely nice and friendly. The hotel is overpriced for what you get but they are about 20 minutes from New River Gorge NP. The pet fee is listed wrong on hotels.com and is actually $75 per stay. Our room had a gap in the door so it was a little noisier than it should have been. The room smelled musty and the smell didn't really go away unless the air was running and even then you could still smell it. The room was clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. Breakfast was simple but decent and hours were generous (6a-10a) compared to other places we've stayed. Not a bad stay if you just want a bed and shower but there are probably cheaper places to stay unless you need a pet friendly hotel.

Very clean and all staff were kind and answered questions. Coffee/tea available ATC. WiFi worked well. No complaints.

Check in was quick and easy and staff was very friendly. Hotel is very clean and freshly renovated. Only downside was the breakfast, not as many selections as other hotels but sufficient. We would stay here again.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Although the bathroom and one side if the bed were wide enough for wheelchair access, the rest of the room was very cramped.

The continental breakfast was very minimal! The area would fit one family! Very disappointed in that! You have people leaving at the same time so your waiting in a tiny spot and down the hall or just leaving!

It was a nice stay for a simple hotel...It was a bit loud..not terrible but noticeable.. but it was very nice and in good shape ... we would definitely stay there again

Lynn was so helpful . Even though I'd booked though Expedia, she got my Hilton membership. And she was so kind in working to have first floor with our dog.

Breakfast was not good. We didn't see much help in terms of getting our shower soap/liquid filled up after multiple requests. Property was renovated and hence seemed new.

Room was very clean and staff was super nice!

I stayed here with my dog while we were going to visit New River Gorge (which I also highly recommend!). Nobody seemed annoyed that I had my dog! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a good stay. It was safe and clean. The park was super close and there is a ton of stuff to eat nearby as well. I appreciated the room also came with a fridge and microwave. Good tv options (it rained a lot on day so I appreciated this). Coffee available all day. Ample parking. Really can’t go wrong with this place honestly! :-)
