Comfort Inn Beckley

The room was great big room comforting and bed was comfortable and very relaxing living the lights shining behind headboard to give the room soft lighting however we didn’t have breakfast as it was too late for us. Parking was easy access and staff was great overall it good place to stay

The staff was kind enough to check us in before we got there so we didn’t have to wait very long to get our key. The room was very clean and quiet. We would definitely stay there again if we ever come through that part of WV.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The staff was friendly, the beds were comfy, the entire place smelled great, breakfast was good and everything was clean! Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is in a good location, right off the interstate, but there are newer hotels nearby. This hotel appears to have had some renovations in the past several years, but it has obvious signs of wear, and it needs additional work. In particular, the room felt very humid, with the bedding even feeling damp.

We were visiting family for a couple days. The hotel was very clean and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great!

I liked it being a smoke-free and no pets allowed hotel. All the staff were friendly and courteous. We’ve stayed there twice and plan to stay again.

We were greeted by a friendly person at the front desk upon arrival. Check in was streamlined and we got to our clean and comfortable room quickly. We were only at the hotel one night, so we didn't use the pool or any other amenities. Our beds were so comfortable. We had a great stay.

The bathroom had ZERO counter space. We had to switch rooms because the first one reeked of cigarette smoke. Not the hotel's fault, but the cleaning staff should have done a more thorough job cleaning or let it air out before assigning people to the room.

Clean, right off of I-77.

When we got to the hotel for our reservation, I was asked if I had a non-smoking room and I said yes I do and had a daughter in a wheelchair. I told told her I needed the two double beds so I could not get a handicap room! She went up to make sure the room was big enough. Then she came down and gave me the keys to go up to the room on the second floor. when I opened the door The smell of smoke was overwhelming. I was told that people in the room before us were really bad smokers and they tried to wash the walls and everything and she’s sorry that it still smells so I paid over $200 for room that stunk smoke when I was supposed to get a non-smoking room. I will never stay here again.
