Room was large and beds were comfortable. Loved the tall toilet and the walk-in shower. Made it so much easier for we older travelers. Staff was so helpful.

Good location for visiting New River Gorge NP. Lovely staff. Shower didn't quite work right. Could only get 1/2 the water to come from the shower head.

The staff was very accommodating. I asked for a quiet room on the highest floor and they provided that. The room was really nice and the beds were fantastic. The bathroom was nice and large and the shower was great. Absolutely nothing. If I am ever in this area again I would definitely stay here.

Close to the highway, outdoor fire pits, indoor pool, 24hr fitness center I wish the breakfast ran a little longer in the morning, we always end up getting in a little late and end up rushing down for breakfast
