We immediately requested a different room due to the strong smell of mildew. The second room wasn't any better as the smell came through the AC system which we needed to have running due to the heat, The doors to the outside were all unlocked and open for anyone to enter.

This property needs a refresh. We tried several rooms. One had broken air conditioning, another a broken shower, and the third had no shower curtain. Breakfast was the bare minimum but they do have a waffle maker.
-
This hotel was overpriced. The microwave had not been cleaned and smelled horribly. The shower curtain was molded, and needed bleaching or replaced. The breakfast bar was mostly sweets.

I don’t like Anything From This hotel at all
-
Smells like cigarettes in the halls/lobby. Rooms were ok
-
If you didn't want a waffle or sugar coated cereal you were out of luck. No toast, muffins or rolls of any kind. Terrible!! Overall, a hotel that should cost at most $75. Our discounted rate was $162, with the normal rate of $260. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!

If you like mold on the walls of your bathroom and dirty washcloths hanging over the shower rod waiting for you then stay here!
-
Holes in the curtains and no hot water in the shower
-
The staff’s friendliness and kindness. We had ants in our bed and on the desk there were stains all over the rug. The bedding didn’t look like it had been washed, and there was hair all over the bathroom along with stains on the towels.
-
Bathroom door not wide enough for wheelchair/walker
-
Not much Little to eat

It just felt like it hadn't been updated in years,
-
It smelled musty, carpet was damp, hair dryer was broken, missing quite a few amenities in the room and the building itself not very well maintained. Pictures on website very deceiving
-
Old style hotel that needs major updates, still had a good night sleep, I ended up here because all other hotels of my choice where booked
-
The Lobby smelled like weed. The room also smelled bad
-
There were maintenance issues with the room, electrical outlet not working, bed frame had metal sticking out i I kept catching my leg on. Hair in bathroom on floor. The pool is in back corner of parking lot next to a dumpster. The breakfast was sad. Everyone who walked in after us commented on it. Some things had definitely been updated and looked nice though.

Close to highway. No handicap, partner in wheelchair

When we arrived there was a faint odor of marijuana in the lobby. I had reserved a room with a king size bed and was given a room with 2 double beds. I was too tired to quibble. The positive was there was a refrigerator in the room and the elevator worked fine. There was a security light right above our window and the curtains did not close. At 12:30 am someone tried getting into our room. The employee at the desk had given them a key to our room. A few minutes after the other customer left, the employee called our room to check on who might be there. She said the previous employee gave us the key to the room but did not check us in. I don't know how that works. In the morning I found change and a candy wrapper on the floor next to my bed that were not left by me. Obviously the floor had not been vacuumed. We went down for "continental breakfast" which was waffles or cereal. We went back to our room to gather our belongings and couldn't get in the room because the door "key" had been programmed to the "other customer". I had to go down to the desk and get our keys reset. None of the ice makers were operational. They had a sign in the elevator that said they hoped we had a memorable stay. It was definitely memorable, but not in a good way. Clarion will never be our choice again. Note: The employee working the desk in the morning apologized sincerely.

I can’t really rate anything but staff helpfulness because this hotel refused to honor our reservation or assist in trying to figure out the issue. The 2 customers in front of us and the one behind us all had a similar problem - our virtual credit card was being declined. The clerk simply said she wouldn’t give us a room and told us to call “Expedia”. When we offered to hold the room on our actual card and maybe the system would be working in the morning g she simply told us we’d be double billed and asked us to step aside so she could help the person behind us. When hotels.com attempted to call the hotel to fix the situation (which is what she told us to do) they didn’t answer…over multiple attempts over the course of an hour!

Nothing it was filthy The staff was yelling randomly, didn’t want to refund me when I said there were people in my room and they overbooked, gave attitude because I was upset that my paid for room was taken and refused to try to fix the issue not to mention the place was absolutely filthy
