Room was clean. The shower was tru-ly bad. Nearly ZERO water pressure unless you turned it to full HOT. Fix that, and would be a 4 star.

Property was clean. Checkin was ok - was put on 2nd floor and there was a lot of noise from the nearby highway. Would say good not great - would’ve appreciated higher floor given how often we book w tru by Hilton.

The property was very welcoming with plenty of place to sit and visit, plus there was a pool table. The desk clerk was kind enough to offer his help getting my mother’s things out of the car because it was raining. The room was very clean and spacious, loved the walk in shower. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choices. There were several members of my family staying there and the morning desk clerk was kind enough to take a group picture of us before we headed in different directions for home. My cousins requested a handicap room for their mother who is 85, which they were given. The the bathroom had a tub/shower combination, not a walk in shower, which one would expect. It also and a low setting toilet, even with a grab bar it was difficult for my aunt to sit down and get up. I think high setting toilets in the handicapped rooms would make more sense. Overall, our stay was pleasant and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The night staff was excellent, I called during the day to let them know that I was going to be arriving late and the day staff was short but polite. Our room was very small, we got a king bed and the room barely had walking room around it. In addition the room seemed to have an odor to it though things appeared clean. The breakfast buffet that was talked about on the site is a slightly extended continental breakfast with one protein (sliced kielbasa) some eggs and then lots of grains. They do have a pancake maker and gluten-free bagels but it wasn't quite the breakfast buffet that I had envisioned off of expedia's advertisement.

Good hotel

The staff was welcoming, and the hotel was clean. This was a pleasant surprise after two bad experiences with competing hotels. I thought the bed was comfortable and liked the room and shower design. My only complaint is that the air conditioning unit had something loose inside that would rattle every time it kicked on. If I had heard it when I first checked in, I would have requested a new room. I didn't sleep much that night.

I appreciate the mini fridge in the room, but I wish it had a little freezer in it. I had a cooler and my ice packs had melted and I couldn’t refreeze them for the next leg of my journey.

This hotel looks nice when first entering, but the room was simply mediocre. It was not very well cleaned. We had made a reservation for a handicap accessible room and was told upon arrival that it was over booked and they had none. Breakfast was less than optimal with the pancake machine being broken and also the yogurt machine not operating correctly. No staff seemed to care enough to fix it. But no means a 5/5 star hotel. I'm not even sure we would ever stay again.
