Clean room, helpful staff. Breakfast was standard with free buffet. Parking was ample.

There really isn't anything unique about the place. It meets basic needs. It's clean and efficient. I find the room is noisy because it is near the interstate and you hear traffic all night long. If I stay there again, I will ask if there is a room farther from the interstate.

Staff were helpful. Room was decent except for the floor, it's not carpeted which is understandable being that pets are welcome here, however, the floor was sticky and dirty! My white socks became black from walking around the room the first night. I had to keep my slides on while in the room and you could hear them sticking to the floor.

Staff at great!!! Pancakes!!! Maybe add a waffle maker or second pancake machine for busy season. Lots of people in line for pancakes.

Quiet night of sleep. Alarm clock went off @ 6:00 — didn’t realize someone else left it set. Breakfast was nice. Coffee was good. All in all a nice stay.

I live at a hotel on the ocean in Myrtle Beach that rents for around $125 a night. Not impressed at $180 a night Juice machine was broke. No muffins. Granddaughter wouldn’t eat the shitty pancakes!

The hotel was lovely. We didn’t get to play pool but I love that there was a pool table. The breakfast was lacking for the price we paid. The staff was fine, not overly friendly.

Facility was really clean and well kept. The staff was awesome! Close to the highway so the sound of the traffic was a little loud but nothing too terrible!

Asked for a handicap room got walkin shower but there was no bars in the room expect the shower could not get up from toilet reservation was made 4 days prior

Like the concept of Tru. I wasn't sure at first but it was very user friendly. One small criticism: It was very busy at breakfast and the staff was having trouble keeping everything filled .But we had no problem getting what we wanted to eat.

The attendant at the front desk when checking in was absolutely rude and disrespectful. The amenities are very few and not what expected. The shower had mold in the corners and cracks in the shower.
