I really like I recommend for everyone

Place was okay. More dated than anticipated. Wish the breakfast started earlier since we had to travel earlier than breakfast started. Pool was great for the kids
-
The guy at the counter when we checked in ignored us while he finished his phone call and conversation with another associate. Acknowledge with eye contact would’ve been sufficient enough. The pools were super cold Breakfast was decent.

No breakfast , their breakfast was a joke
-
Friendly staff and good coffee.

Everything was great
-
There were ants and flies all over the room, terrible experience and had to immediately leave.
-
There was no refrigerator when there was one advertised. Tv remote didn’t work. Bathroom was dirty, bed had fleas. Guy at the counter didn’t care.
-
The beds were comfortable, the issue we had was mold in the bathroom. The hotel had a humidifier set up.
-
It’s a nice choice in an area with lots of other hotels.

Dirty hotel. Smelled bad, everything was broken and nobody cared.

To start I’m no hotel snob, but this property definitely needs a deep clean and renovation. I’m unsure if other parts of the hotel are better and that’s why the reviews differentiate or what. When we stepped in the elevator, there were some sort of brown, wet, sticky stains on the floor. My room had a hole in the wall, dirty stained walls, floors weren’t clean, broken tile in the bathroom and hair in the tub. The TVs picture looked like I was watching tv from the early 90s. The beds were okay and thank goodness they were clean. The front desk guy was nice. We didn’t eat breakfast there.

This is the first time we ever booked at this hotel. The room condition was not to our liking. The room had a musty smell, candy papers on the floor, bugs on the floor, mold on the shower curtain, the toilet back was cracked, and the worst was curly hairs on the night stand. We did not stay and went to another hotel.

One room assigned was not made up. The other smelled like a smokers room.

Hot tub cemented over. Pool looked clean. Outdoor porch area needs facelift, it used to be hopping. Convenient to freeway. Included breakfast. Room was clean. Staff tried.

Excellent

The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was dirty upon arrival; trash under the beds, hair in the sink and bathtub. They moved us to a new room but it was the same.

1) Excessive trash laying around the property including more than a 100 cigarette butts piled into a 5 gallon bucket at one of the side entry doors. This condition was present on Monday through today without any cleaning. I observed a guest laundry room that had trash on the floor including a cup playing on its side 2) Security risk with a non-locking door on the Harper roadside of the building. It was card access but the door would not shut completely. 3) There is a severe trip hazard on the front entrance of the building close to one of the columns. 4) The pool was dirty. The outside of the pool floor was slime and represented a slip hazard where somebody could lose their footing and bring bang their head into the side wall of the pool. The pool had a good many bugs laying on the surface water. Because I never saw any pool maintenance, it was apparent that they weren't testing the water for bacteria. The concrete deck around the indoor part of the pool needed to be bleached and pressure washed. 5) At the coffee dispenser area, there were sugar packets that were damp. The attendant told me that they came that way on the truck due to a leaking refrigeration system. 6) The grounds look like they were abandoned as there are numerous weeds growing through all of the round stone areas surrounding the building.

Excellent experience and services was great

A very short one night stay but would stay longer when in the area. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and hit the spot. General repairs would be my only mehhh moments. Carpets need replaced some are very worn and tattered. Pool area needs some upgrades and maintenance.
