Great location, would stay here again!

Rooms smelled like heavy smokers were chain smoking all day long. The stink was on the pillows the blankets everything. The entire check in area smelled like weed. When my kids asked for extra bedding for the pullout couch. They were given one fitted sheet and one regular sheet only.

I traveled to Beckley for work, and this hotel was very convenient, clean, and comfortable. I had to adjust my stay by a couple of days, and the staff were so helpful and kind in making the change.

This Holiday Inn is clean, safe and professionally staffed. I enjoy my visits every time I travel to Beckley and the food is simply delicious.

It was clean, easy to access from the highway, and reasonably priced.

Hotel cancelled reservation because they could not pre-authorize card even though I selected pay at property. I was not contacted and had no idea until I arrived to check in. The hotel ended up being full and I was without a reservation because they gave my room away.

Our TV in room #102 needs replaced or at a minimum repaired.
