Exceptional

Beautiful motel with incredibly cozy and comfortable bedrooms. The whole place had a lovely, welcoming atmosphere, and everything was clean and well maintained. Check-in and check-out were both very easy and hassle-free. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this motel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay!

Very clean and cutely appointed. Lots of road noise; Room was smaller than expected. We are a tall couple (6’+) and found it rather cramped.

Breakfast was available within a few miles of the property. The unit had a nice small refrigerator and coffee maker.

The advertising from the old owner made it look like the beach was right in front of the hotel. It was not. The new owner is trying to make this a better place. The fire and chairs were an added touch. We got lost in town, and could not find our way there. The new owner is from out of state, so I could not blame him for us not being able to find the place. We couldn't figure our door lock out. Fortunately, someone was at the hotel to help us with that. I did not like the "blinds" in the room. Change that and you will make a few more people happy. The blinds.

Seascape was the perfect stop between Portland and Bar Harbor. Loved the special touches and surprise music theme of the cottage. And I had a great cup of coffee to start the day in the cute little kitchenette. Very clean, cold AC, and thoughtful little “extras.”

The cottages are clean and well equipped. We enjoyed our quiet stay.

Neat little cottage

We had an incredible time! The place is super clean, staff very nice and knowledgeable, close to everything within like an hour of the main attraction such as national 💛Acadia Park, lighthouses, Bar harbor, Fort Knox, Belfast is a beautiful at all town, but all the other towns are super close and fun to visit such as Camden, Rockland, Boothbay, and Ellsworth and much much more! The only thing I would say is the bathrooms are super tiny as I have a 6’4” husband and it was challenging for the shower other than that best time we ever had and we spent our honeymoon there! We look forward to coming back!

Joe was helpful and made me feel confident that it would be a smooth and pleasant stay. We were arriving late after the office closed and a simple phone call made everything great. And they even accommodated an early swim session. Thank you Joe and Seascape team. We will be back

Will absolutely return to the Seascape. Everything was perfect. Clean, close to town and within reasonable driving distance to Camden as well. the cabin felt so cozy and we really enjoyed our stay.

Located just off route 1 near the charming town of Belfast. We liked the layout Small motel section with( 8 ? ) Rooms Then some larger "cabins" all surrounding a common heated pool that had a hot tub that was perfect after a long day spent in the car. Our room( motel part) was clean,well-appointed with everything thing a weary traveler would need .

It was cozy and clean, and the turntable in the cottage was an added bonus! I only wish we could have statyed a few days! Not a thing!

We just stayed one night on our way north but wish we had booked a longer stay! The cottage was adorable and staff was incredibly sweet. I highly recommend !

The room was quaint, very cute and clean. We enjoyed writing in the notebook in the room about our stay and reading others’ entries. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. There was a nice view from the hotel. Dining options were within a short drive. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was adorable!! Such a nice place and the staff was very friendly and welcoming! The kitchen was great !

Our cabin was surprisingly roomy. Very clean. Great friendly staff.
