Find place to stay and sleep. Not much extra. Took forever to find someone to check us in.

Lugar muy bonito tranquilo y acogedor, el personal muy atento con nosotros desde el primer día, la próxima que regrese llegaré otra vez donde ustedes y el desayuno nos encantó.

The hotel over all was just right! The breakfast was good with a nice variety. I requested an early check-in but out our room was not ready when we arrived so we were upgraded to the next level room which was a pleasant bonus! Our room was in a high traffic area so we heard many doors slam, children running up and down the hall and the occupants above us were very heavy stompers so we had to sleep on their schedule. The light/vent in our bathroom wasn't working so I requested it be fixed; but it remained out our entire stay.

Out bathroom door was broke and wouldn't latch. The door to our room looked like it had been broken into in the past. The BR of the lobby had a broken door and wouldn't lock too. The fitness area was closed due to renovation.

I am not a picky person. I make do with what I have. However, when I’m told the hotel has a hot tub, pool, and workout gym facility, I expect to receive that. I was very displeased when the hot tub was broken, more annoyed when a group wouldn’t allow us to swim because they “were making whirlpool”, and then woke up to workout to find the gym was also out of order. I can promise you, had I known the gym and hot tub were out of order, I would not have booked this hotel. Do better with communication.

Everything about the place and the people was fantastic. The workout room is not available and hot tub. Quit working the day we showed up, but you can overlook this California

Bed not that comfortable. Room AC not working properly but keep room cool enough to not want to change rooms.

Everything was great, except for the shower in one of our rooms. The water diverter valve didn't work.

The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to help us, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, and we truly enjoyed a relaxing stay. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again in the future!

The beds were too firm. Pool area is showing some wear. Needs repair to ceilings.

Very unsatisfied reserved 2 beds on 1 bed was available and reserved in april called 3 times before our trip was assured everything was set and it was not nothing The service and the right reserved room

The room was clean. The staff was nice. The pool could use some upgrades.

Dated, wear and tear showing such as crack in sink, dirt on desk chair, damaged wallpaper in hallway

Easy to find. Complementary Kids running up and down the halls, yelling screaming, and tearing stuff up until after 1 AM in the morning. Front desk was called four separate times and each time was told they would investigate.
