Artesia Motor Inn

It was a pleasant st helicopter airplane ay. The room was spotless. Loved the neon lights. Bed & pillows were super comfy. Had a tub & shower. Cable w\ plenty of channels. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

If i was able to add pictures i would, but overall the room was a mess. The staff claimed to have changed the sheets to new but they were ripped and had stains on them. The floor was dirty as if nobody has mopped or did anything to clean them. The led lights weren’t working and that was the main reason why i got the hotel for the night. To top it off the toilet had a dead cockroach in there and when i went to speak to the staff she has just nodded her head and laughed. They denied my full refund but as of my overall review i say find another hotel worth ur, 0/10 wouldn’t stay here again.

Really liked the room and the ambient ceiling was very nice. Simple and easy check in. Aside from the people upstairs fighting all night, I had a good stay.

Recently stayed here with my friend, and honestly, we had a bad experience. We came to check in and the lady was friendly. We paid and we had asked if we could add an extra day because we wanted to stay longer, and she said that the day of we could just pay. She let us know no visitors allowed, which made sense as to no extra people staying in the room. When we got into the room, the room was very hot. The AC had not been turned on. I asked the lady and she said it should be cooling within 15 minutes, which was not true. It took half of the day to actually get cool. Also, my friend was washing her face. When she grabbed a towel. It had a big footprint on it, and two other towels were very dirty. we called to let them know, and they brought new towels, but did not apologize for it. The next day we were going to get ready and try to plug in our curling iron in the bathroom, but they did not have any outlets in the bathroom to plug anything in which got us frustrated. I went downstairs to ask her and she told me that only some rooms have outlets in the restroom, but she didn’t let me know that from the beginning. So I asked her if she had an extension cord. She said she didn’t, but then ended up finding one thankfully. Then when my friend came to pick us up. He needed to use the restroom, and we called Just to make sure that was ok Because I know she said no visitors and she said no, which I didn’t understand since he was not going to be staying. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

I don't even know where to start... the room smelled awful, the sheets had holes in them, the shower curtain smelled like cigarettes, and the room was incredibly filthy—there was hair on the floor and the sheets smelled terrible. The toilet bowl was dirty; luckily, I always carry Lysol and disinfectant wipes with me—and my own towel, too—because the towels provided were gray and dingy. It was horrible—simply horrible—and when I arrived, they asked for a $20 cash deposit... I mean, really?

Parking was okay. Dirty bathroom, dirty walls and doors. They could do better. I’ve got rooms at that price and way cleaner and neat.
