The room was clean but it smells like old and smoke . The door of the bathroom didn’t lock.

The staff from the front desk are very helpful and friendly the check in process was smooth. I thought it was going to be good since reading some reviews where positive. But unfortunately wasn't what was expected I have booked a non smoking room since have littles but once opened it and walked in smelled so bad. And then 1-3am you can hear people banging on the door and them just standing outside talking and. Some guy just had his room open and just felt like was being watched. Unfortunately didn't get pictures

The house keeping refuse to keep my room clean I paid for full week every day housekeeping comes 10:00 am while were getting. I explained we're getting dressed.Then she reports we don't want housekeeping services which not true. She doesn't even speak English so she doesn't if understand what I'm saying. I spent a lot money for this week. THIS THE FOURTH TIME IN A TWO WEEK PERIOD THAT I HAVENT RECEIVED THE THIS TYPE OF SERVICES WHICH WAS UN CALL FOR. THE NIGHT MANAGER HES HORRIBLE.

I appreciated the room was clean and well maintained. I was disappointed that staff went around in the morning with audio indicating what rooms were checking out and what rooms were stating. I have never experienced such a thing in any establishment. I did not appreciate the smell of marijuana seeping into my room.

We ended up being forced to stay another day and a half due to my car issues and they were very accommodating.
