The front desk seem

Rooms were not reserved as planned , pool was out of service , rooms were dirty with ripped shower curtains and upon going into room there was dirty toilet paper inside of room . Rooms were dirty and everything smelled like smoke . I will not be returning .

the clerk was rude and confrontational for NO REASON THE AIR CONDITIONER DID NOT WORK the shower leaked all over the floor the wi-fi was not offered the phone in the room didnt work this is a motel chain the service and quality of your stay should be perfect

Love that it’s pet friendly the only place I could affordable stay during the evacuations but seemed like barely anyone worked there and when I arrived at night to check in tired and just wanting to lay down was informed of a shift change and I had to wait 10 minutes for staff to come help me and when I went back in the office the line was out the door. Pretty clean though which is not always expected at a motel so that was a pleasant surprise. Plenty of parking which was nice. WiFi sucked so bad and barely any cell signal.

Much quieter this time. Room didn't smell like smoke. Rate 10. My stay was comfortable. Sooo many food places, nail shop, liquor store in walking distance! Couple sketchy characters, but they have security.

Nothing The manager quoted $20 for early check in but when we arrived he changed the price. This is a CRACK HEAD Motel. Guest up all night fighting and arguing. The room stunk.
