Location to work and plenty of parking Noisy, a lot of activity outside at night. Not so clean

This place is infested with bedbugs. All over the place and the front desk acted like they don’t wanna do nothing about it or give you a refund. The place looks like literally people live there and use it as an apartment complex. Very disgusting. Do not stay here.

NOTHING AT ALL!!! 4: Red Roof Inn ​Location: 8730 Artesia Blvd, Bellflower, CA 90706 ​Dates of Stay: Currently Residing (Since July 2026) ​Complaint Description: Upon checking in, I requested that no housekeeping or maintenance personnel enter my room without prior notice or consent. Despite this request, staff and maintenance personnel have repeatedly accessed the room unauthorized using master keys or entry points. Management has failed to address ongoing safety concerns or secure access to guest rooms. ​Desired Outcome: Immediate release from any ongoing billing obligations, a full refund for the stay to date ($[Insert Amount]), and formal escalation to corporate management regarding key security.

This hotel is an unfortunate victim of the temporary homeless shelter program. Our room was missing the mirror, the A/C was broken in the middle of summer, the bathroom door was missing the bottom corner, and several other items were tarnished. We additionally booked a two Queen room, but only King rooms were available. We were told by the lobby attendant that our reservation was cancelled per our request; however, we still have not received any reimbursement.

The ac worked fine The tv didn't work, they only had 1 very thin sheet on the bed with no other blankets, no trash cans anywhere not even the restroom. People around me were up all night making noise. Worst experience I've ever had.

Pictures on website are very deceiving. This please was a mess. I was given a room and went I went to it a guy stopped me and said it’s not ready. The screen was torn then they suggested another room went to the other side of the building and it looked horrible. Kids bikes everywhere, people hanging out. It was men working on the pool at 9pm at night. The doers were dirty and dented. When I went back to the office the guy at the desk just said I’ll refund your money. He had to see the u happiness on my face. That experience I will never forget. Please don’t waste your time

We pulled in the parking lot. Saw it was sketchy and turned back around. Lost money but worth it to stay somewhere else for safety.

This was the ever so worst hotel I ever been in. Rm 124 is in the back where there were people smoking drugs, trash and crap everywhere. Room smelled of strong mildew. Nothing workedm you advertise about a pool. That's a huge lie. No water. It was huge waste of my money and frankly I'm insulted, very embarrassed and angry with myself for even spending the 20 minutes in the room that I did. Should of left as soon as the door opened. Place should be shut down and renovated and tented. Shame on you shame shame shame. Condemned.

There was no breakfast. The staff were rude. They tried to charge me more than the stay was booked for and then they said they had no rooms available.

This place is horrible! Do not stay here. This is a run down falling apart place. The room is NOTHING similar to what is being shown in the pictures on Expedia. The pictures are false advertisement. The rooms are disgusted. I booked on Expedia for 1 night and I arrived late around 11:30/12pm and really couldn’t cancel and find anything room so late at night. I was traveling and was passing through. The room I was checked into had NO TV! NO BLANKETS! NO TOWELS! NO PHONE inside TO CALL THE FRONT DEAK. The tiles seems that they sticky ones and half of them was pulling up from the floor. The bathroom door didn’t close off the way. The room and outside environment is digusting and shady with crack heads around the place. When I went to the desk about the tv and other things missing, I didn’t get an apology or any they just shrug like it wasn’t their problem. The were able to find 1 blanket and 1 towel and told me to check back tomorrow. I asked if there was a different room to move and they didn’t have said they didn’t have anything else that they were sold out. I was only staying 1 night. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO STAY HERE!! Stay away from this place!!!!!!!!!

Nothing because we didn't stay there. We reserved at spot at 9.45 and got therr at 10.20 and was told they didn't have my reservation because of thier website not seeing the reservation Read above comment

I get there. I wait a while for the man in the front to come check me in. I was given my room. There’s some dude hanging out by my room door when I get over there. There’s an X shape of tape partially ripped off the door . When I walk in it smells like smoke in the “nonsmoking” room. Oh and this is the best part… there’s no TV. Matter fact it looks like the tv was ripped off the wall. I go back to the office to complain about the TV and the room smell. The man in the office wasn’t in there. I waited like 20 mins for him. Finally he comes back. I explain my situation with the TV. He says that the only room he has. I ask what happened to the TV out of curiosity. He ignores my question and says “I have another room but it’s one bed.” I go to the room. And it’s DIRTY!! Like the last occupants JUST left. There’s a half drank can of beer and black bag on the table. The bed is dirty and hasn’t been changed yet. I didn’t even want to look any further. We just requested a refund and left. I’m soooo disgusted. I feel so bad for the people who live there. I gotta stop trusting these photoshopped pics. I even heard they’ve been going in ppl’s room and taking things.
