Hey if you're fresh out or on the run this place is amazing but it was the best choice at the time because every hotel decided to triple their prices for the rodeo so it was what it was

We stayed here as a last minute reservation before traveling with pets. They accommodated our pets without question but failed to provide accommodations with the room amenities. We literally had to wait 30 minutes to get a shower curtain and towels that didn’t come with the room. The rooms are stocked bone dry. You need to bring your own toiletries to take a shower and/or wash your hands unless you don’t mind waiting a long time for the staff to provide them. Ridiculous…

Space Rooms were dirty, had roaches, no iron or ironing board, not enough towels, the halls smelled like animal urine and marijuana, had vicious dogs on elevator, no ice machine, people hung around outside all hours of the night, did not feel safe at all,

The mattress on the bed was impossible to sleep on as you could feel the springs in the mattress. Had to use extra towels to pad the springs and a blanket.

It's hotel and an apartment, smells like weed everywhere. Just horrible don't trust the one source, look at multiple sources and don't be enticed by the cheap price, it's cheap for a reason, Expedia should protect it's customers better

Bed had baby roaches and god knows what else. Office staff was amazing and approved my refund but I still haven’t received it. I have to say I am really disappointed with the sanitary conditions of the room (stains on mattress covers), bugs in the bed under blankets were not up to standard. Will not be returning.

I would say the bugs and overall smell of the building will prevent me from coming back.

The room was exceptionally well prepared and met my needs. Staff was helpful and available as needed.

Lots of people smoking. Other than that the rooms facility is great.

This place offers bare minimums. No blow dryer, kitchenette with no utensils at all. Overall was clean but there was hair on the bathroom counter. The shower curtain was pink at the bottom like pink mold. There is no one in reception after 4pm. It was a good location and lots of parking.
