Not what I paid for! Definitely Not coming again!

Horrible experience

Everything except the manager was different in his bad qualities. rude, uneducated, boorish person who, not knowing the situation, tried to offend me when his worker reported the situation. after a while he asked for a petition - but still tried to pay half of the deposit, ... money. and I donated his entire deposit.

Nothing when speaking to woman at desk she was very rude attitude after the manager guy said that a room with kitchen was available she then denied me the room. Whenever I tried calling they never answered then blocked number so I called from another phone it rung. Our room was clean and spacious. The spa tub was soo enjoyable after a long day of walking and there were two little aromatherapy capsules on the tub that make your water smell like heaven. The location feels super safe and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our room didn’t have a microwave in it and it was pretty late when we arrived but we had food to heat up, so the man in the office was very sweet and gave us temporary access to the room next to us so we could quickly heat up our food. He didn’t have to do that for us but it was very appreciated and thoughtful. We love this hotel!!

I definitely don't reccomend staying there.

Room was close to Parking Room was dirty, I paid for a non smoking king sized bed, they said they didn't have my reservation even though I paid, gave me a smoking room with a full sized bed. No soap in the bathroom, no toilet paper, and the sink didn't even work.

Nothing Everything. We couldn't even get them to give us a towel for hours and it was 1 towel....really. Rude. No signs or info about anything in room. Water was not hot enough for hot tub, jets barely worked, and bad neighborhood.
