Clean room and was nice as had a fridge when wasn’t listed.

Friendly staff, affordable and recently renovated and updated.

It's a nice room. Ours had kitchenette. Overall cleanliness was ok. There was some kind of fruit punch spill that was still on the frame of the bed & the floor. Very sticky & very much still wet. Everything else was very nice & clean. The room looks exactly like the pictures do. Overall we'd stay here again at this price point. We'll just make sure the room is better cleaned before taking our things in there next time.

Horrible experience …. The outside was decent and the lobby cute but the pictures did not match at all what we seen here . I did get an accessible room but the floor was disgusting and black . The mirror in there looked like what you find at a gas station and there was no closet or anywhere to hang or put clothes away . Upon check out I called to let them know I woke up late and would be out by the hour . Then a cleaning lady came and said I needed to leave and I told her we are just getting stuff out . Then the manager came banging our door yelling “you get out now ! “ the rudeness had us so confused how he treated us . So he took me out of character to yell back at them and shut the door and speed up rushing out . DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel ever again

Sold us a room with no hot water

The motel looked beautiful and the cleanliness to the naked eye was good however we found cigarettes butts underneath the couch when folding out the sofa bed. There was a lot of dirt under their rug and the garbage disposal was broken which made the sink unusable and they did not come unclog it and when it was brought to their attention they simply said they were aware and there was nothing they could do. It was a manageable first visit but I don’t believe we will be staying there again and definitely would not recommend to others staying in the Bellflower area.

Very comfortable stay

Terrible experience. I would never book here and don’t recommend. My partner and I booked a room and found alive and dead cockroaches all over the room. Not only on the floor but on the bed. Super scary and disgusting. We ended up having to leave and had to go book another hotel which was another hassle.

Not much for $257.00 a night The room the I originally Reserved it was double booked news to me when got there after a 2hr drive. I did get another room it was smaller but I felt that the staff didn’t care about the inconvenience. The room did have a hot tub, but the hot water wasn’t working so it was a cold tub in the room. Could’ve been a lot cleaner because I did find somebody’s old make up brushes The refrigerator had a weird smell to it And the TV by the hot tub was out of service. I did call the front office to ask about the TV and the hot water and they couldn’t do any about it. The customer service is nonexistent.

Better than most inns around the area. Room was kept clean but did smell like coffee and heater didn’t work l. Bed was comfortable just made alot of noise. Other than that good place to stay on a budget. Also it’s better to call if you are checking in late at night since the desk will be closed

Muy bonito excelente servicio

We canceled our reservation and found another hotel for the night. The reviews left for this hotel were not relevant because the rooms smelled like smoke, were small and we did not feel safe. People should not believe all reviews left on Expedia and do further investigation before booking at an hotel.
