Location Advertised as having breakfast but was told they don’t serve breakfast anymore lol

There was nothing to like about this property. The whole thing was completely different than the photos online. I checked in after a long day of traveling and was shocked and horrified at what I found. The room in no way shape or form represented the photos online. It had to be the barest hotel room I’ve ever been in and it was filthy. there was mold in the bathroom, no stoppers in the tub or the sink, and the tub was painted and peeling so anytime you bathe you were covered in peeling paint. On top of that the floors were filthy so I had to walk around the shoes the whole time so my feet didn’t turn black. There was no breakfast or even coffee available in the morning. And the overall appearance of this motel is just rundown. It looks like a place it gets rented by the hour to be honest. And the final straw was, there was one luggage card and it barely worked. It was so unstable that you had a wrangle it the whole time.

Everything was good. Cooperation.

None The double charge

Not much Staff was very rude. Room wasn't clean. TV didn't work. Room smelled like cigarettes. And I left the room very clean but I still haven't gotten my deposit back.

No thing Customer service at the front desk, asking a lot of questions. there was no breakfast (costumers should be reimbursed for that) because it was included on booking.com. Also, the bathroom tub and toilette seat should be replaced, the linen should be replaced too.

Ice machine was broken. Shower head leaked spraying all over the walls. The heater in the bathroom was broken. People smoking pot in the rooms. Smell was strong. The shower water valve would not cool off enough for a shower. See above. Put it in the wrong spot. I didn't like anything about the place.

Location Room was dirty. No coffee in room. No coffee out in the lobby until 6:30am and people were wating.

Staff was nice and helpful. The room was very clean. Beds were ok. The building looked run down outside. Many lights in the hallways were out. The heater was extremely loud and couldn’t be turned off once started.

Absolutely nothing Everything

It was the grosses hotel I have ever stayed in. If there was a alternative I would have moved elsewhere ?? The smell, the room was tore up and discussing. Pee all around the base of toilet, door was tore up. Tiles coming off and the wall were there was mold around the tub and the tub itself was peeling literally ???? it was by far a horrible experience and it was under all ready extremely emotional time. I was having my spouse funeral in his home town!!!!

Hotel was very tired looking as if it was soon to close.

Dusty, bed mattress is stained and well as the sheets… I slept fully dress on top of the bed. I rarely complain but everyone should know how horrid this property is, my guess is they are ready to demo it( good neighborhood) And don’t care how retched it is! They are supposed to offer breakfast all that was offered in the dinning room was lukewarm coffee.

Room was dirty, sketchy parking lot activity, fire tuck and ambulance were blocking entry, never a good sign Breakfast was coffee and honey buns

Nothing Everything, I wouldn't stay there again. A dump hotel.

I want my money back. Fraudulent advertising and liars for manager and owner.

Nothing other than the TV. .. it was a shit show the owner should be jailed. Hotel advertised Continental breakfast included. They do not provide it, i would have booked any other hotel. The breakfast was the swing vote, i am diabetic and require breakfast. It was in our contract, they committed fraud on me and owe me a full refund.

Staff were kind however very slow and a bit scattered although it was not busy at all but took a while to check in based on "computer issues".. bathrooms were not very clean, grout was stained, numerous holes in the ceiling and walls, furniture was chipped, carpets were dirty.

The WiFi was good Went into my room and it was completely dirty, no sheets or towels or anything, trash cans in the shower, some stuff from the person before me, trash in the drawers, trash on the carpets. When booking they say there’s breakfast and there was nothing, as well as there being a surprise $100 security deposit that wasn’t disclosed when booking. Overall the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had.
