Hotel is next to highway and 1 side of hotel facing receives a lot of road noise.

Breakfast was excellent, in Texas Biscuits n Sausage Gravy rule. Very reasonable. Happy Campers.

Breakfast was very good. Staff was very good. Conditioner was good but could have been slightly better.

We had a great 4-night stay in Waco for the National Square Dance Convention. The only problem was a very noisy air conditioner in room 306. I had my ear plugs in and still could plainly hear when it shut off and came back on. Another suggestion would be to install taller toilets. I am 5'9" and it felt like I was sitting on the ground to use the toilet. On a good note, the cleaning crew did an excellent job of maintaining our room throughout our stay.

Checked into hotel. The room smelled of urine and the toilet would not flush correctly. The shower drain was full of hair.
-
The room was very musty. The window was leaking water on the A/C, from the A/C units on the upper floors.

No working air conditioning..rented two rooms and neither air conditioner worked

The front desk staff has always been pleasant. Just hope the Owner doesn’t get confused if you pay for an upgrade like a late check-in. Very graph very uninviting. Not good for a solo traveler, and it is moldy and musky two out of three rooms in my experience with this hotel it’s true.

Located in an area of poverty and on a highway and you will be treated as such. Enjoy your door dings because the parking spaces are so small. You’re gonna get Dodin there. It’s highly likely you’ll be lucky if the room isn’t moldy in this Texas heat yes really I love Best Western but this was a very bad experience on more than one occasion so we’re done.

The room was hot!

The property overall was good for the price. The staff was very friendly, had an issue with my neighbor, blasting music super late when I had an early morning, and I called down to the office and they dealt with it kindly. Bedsheets were super uncomfortable
-
It was close to the places we needed to visit. It was old. It smelled old. The furniture in the room was tattered. The sundry store was extremely limited and useless. It was just a table of items at the registration counter. The blankets were thin and offered little warmth or comfort.

We were in Waco for an Esports event and this stay was close enough at a decent price.

It was very nice!

Budget friendly. It met our needs for a one night stay for a softball tournament. We would stay there again.
-
The lighted parking lot at night to keep vehicles safe from theft. Not having a bottom floor room. It was hard for me to get all my belongings in since I have a lung disease.
