Friendly from the desk guy when we arrived around 11pm nice rooms Only odd thing was coffee maker was next to the toilet. I dont drink coffee but it could probably be in a better place in the room

to grocery stores, restaurants and major freeway. Price is affordable. I will be back and highly recommend this Best Western on Hwy 35 Waco.

Breakfast was nice and the location was great. My room was next to the Highway so I couldn't get no sleep. Even with the TV on it was still noisy outside.

Breakfast was excellent, in Texas Biscuits n Sausage Gravy rule. Very reasonable. Happy Campers.

We had a great 4-night stay in Waco for the National Square Dance Convention. The only problem was a very noisy air conditioner in room 306. I had my ear plugs in and still could plainly hear when it shut off and came back on. Another suggestion would be to install taller toilets. I am 5'9" and it felt like I was sitting on the ground to use the toilet. On a good note, the cleaning crew did an excellent job of maintaining our room throughout our stay.

Checked into hotel. The room smelled of urine and the toilet would not flush correctly. The shower drain was full of hair.
