The hotel was okay. They really need to clean the furniture a lot better or get new pieces. It could definitely be cleaner. The breakfast was good and the location was convenient. The pool was still out of order. It was an okay stay overall.

The room was nice, the staff was kind. We were only disappointed by the pool being out of order. We would stay here again though! Great place

Staff was extremely friendly.

The location, clean room. Swimming pool was out of order, breakfast was inconsistent, staff were inconsistent friendly.

Close to all the attractions, entertainment, and food. Staff is so friendly and kind. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

The staff was very helpful and engaging. Parking was tight but we found a section in back where nobody parked. Landscaping seemed to be unkept, the sign in front was torn and the building sign was only partially lit. The pool was out of service and the front manager said that ownership stated that it was too expensive to fix so we felt duped that there is in fact NOT a pool. The breakfast was good and the room was comfortable and clean. There was work happening on the AC system so they were aware of some of the common areas being warm and it was being addressed. Overall a comfortable stay just not as nice as advertised.

Pool is closed - Breakfast was great - Showers in room were little to no water pressure

My son and I were here for 3 days for Baylor University's basketball camp, and I wanted a hotel that was close. I chose this hotel because of the price and amenities, especially because they had breakfast and a pool. The bed was comfortable, the TV wasn't the best, I was able to stream my shows, but the TV made a very loud sound in the middle of the night that completely woke us up, so I just turned it completely off. The last think that was disappointing was the fact that we were unable to use the pool. I saw the sign that said that it was closed and I wondered why, so I asked. The guy at the front desk said that due to the handicap chair being broken and not replaced they shut the entire pool down. It was disappointing that we didn't get to use the pool but only got to use the gym and watch the neighboring hotel across the street enjoying the hotel during this time.

Everything was great except for the pool we weren't able to go to the pool it had a sign up that it was out of order

The facility needs some major maintenance. The parking lot has lots of crack concrete areas where the metal bars are expose. The building feels old and does have a funny smell sometimes. The toilet was running for a long time and I would need to pull the lever up to stop it from running. Free parking is a plus and free breakfast was decent but nothing special. Pillow were too soft so didn't really get a good night sleep. There are many other options in this area as it's near Baylor University thus I would not stay here but go elsewhere.

James was the best out of all the workers, the female manger was not very friendly. We had to move rooms due to the fridge not working but James made sure we were taken care of and always had a smile on his face. The females at the front desk acted like they didn’t enjoy their job at all. We had to call to get our room cleaned because it wasn’t done while we were out all day.

Staff was very nice at check-in very helpful. Shower was dirty . No conditioner or body wash both bottles empty in shower. Pool was closed which if I had known that I would have stayed elsewhere
