Clean rooms staff was not there at check out air conditioning needed clean filter

The room was pretty clean until I looked up and saw the dead mosquito carcass in the ceiling. Though the staff were very kind and helpful, the television remotes did not work; even after being changed out. The breakfast buffet was disappointing as well as it was very limited. The options were cereal, bread, or a waffle.

Was a clean room air was good no one to talk to after check out

Our grandson is going to TSTC and this is the second time we have come to visit him and stayed at this hotel. Both times room has been consistently clean and staff friendly. Rooms have been remodeled and are a nice size especially the bathroom. Close to restaurants and also to the TSTC campus. Air conditioning worked great!

I paid more than $200 dlls for one night, when I got there it was cheaper. The room was clean but the bathroom was not, it had a refrigerator and it was dirty and smelly. I would never stay there again.

The night was very noisy outside and the AC didn't cool the room enough.

The staff were great!!! The property was clean but a little older. It was comfortable and the air-conditioner worked great which is a must have in the Texas heat and humidity!!

Clean and very comfortable. It would have received a 5 star, however driving 8 hours for a college graduation we arrived 55 minutes before check-in. I kindly asked the gentleman could we please check in a little earlier and explained our situation. Absolutely not! But we could check in 7 minutes before our 3:00 time. Kindness and compassion goes a long way. Oh and rooms were clean and not a car in the parking lot when we arrived. We just needed to refresh and start the evening.

Breakfast was closed during their “open” hours. They just had apple juice to offer. The room was semi clean though so I appreciated that.

The staff was courteous and responsive. The room was dirty. It’s smelled bad and you get those wafts of stink that would randomly show up. There were puddles of dirty brown water in the middle of the floor. I’ve seen this mentioned in other reviews and they need to sort it out. There was another hotel guest blasting his music so loud you could hear it everywhere on the property and it went on until 12. The staff immediately took care of it but why did it have to go on for so long before it was dealt with? I didn’t even feel comfortable showering there.

The room was banged up with areas of sheetrock not finished and painters tape left up. The floors were dirty as well. The air conditioner was okay but didn't get cold at all. The room was comfortable sitting at 70 but really wouldn't get any colder. I would not stay again, but you get what you pay for.
