Very nice stay.

I arrived with my family and immediately regretted my decision to book this hotel. The parking lot was dirty, and the property is located directly off the highway. Upon entering, the hotel appeared old, run-down, and unclean. I also observed other guests whose behavior made me believe they were under the influence of drugs, which made my family and me feel unsafe. I informed the front desk that I did not feel comfortable staying at the property. The attendant rolled her eyes and told me I would need to speak with the manager regarding a refund. I spent four days calling and emailing the hotel manager before finally receiving a response. Rather than showing any concern for my experience or attempting to resolve the issue, she denied my refund request. The lack of responsiveness, empathy, and willingness to address legitimate safety concerns reflects poorly on the level of customer service and management at this property. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying here, especially for families.

Property was clean and staff was courteous and qualified. The only issue was probably some minor foundation issues on the end of the building we were in I guess. We had three rooms and the doors to the hallway and interior doors were all a little out of alignment and were a little hard to open and close. But the hallway doors were able to be secured. It did not affect our stay.

Several things were broken in our room, not like you would expect at a Hampton Inn.

Found bed bugs the morning we were checking out. The room over all looked clean the beds looked clean sheets had been changed but waking up the next morning my child had a lot of bites and there was a bed bug on the wall where it had climbed out from behind the head board.

Hot breakfast in the morning was great! Will definitely stay again!
-
Room was clean, staff was courteous and helpful. For breakfast they had scrambled eggs, waffles and french toast, sausage it was great. Parking was good.

It was a really good hotel. Super clean & nice stay. There was also many restaurants nearby. There was also a good amount of selection for breakfast. The only thing was that the drain in the shower wouldnt go down fast enough so it would puddle up. The fitness room was also good it had dumbbells, 2 treadmills, disinfecting wipes, and 2 other things for cardio as well. Super nice.

Great experience. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
-
The room was absolutely amazing. The pool was out of order which was the main reason for renting there but they made up for it in customer service. I will be back

Great experience

Breakfast and service Hotel is in need of repairs. Had hole near ceiling in bathroom and broke shade/blinds. Hotel looks like it needs some repair. Out of order ice machine on floor and pool lights broke. Bed isn't very soft.

Superb

The complimentary breakfast was better than expected! The rooms smelled musty and the window shades were broken in the rooms we had.
-
The hotel is promoted as newly modernized and well-managed, but that was not my experience. The beds were some of the worst I have ever slept on. They were extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Because of this, I would not return or recommend staying here.
-
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable about city and surrounding area. Room was well cared for and maintained well. Very adequate parking. The breakfast was excellent as usual.
-
The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms need updating, the bed, although being low enough was good but the mattress was worn, we sank and it made noise. The tub was slippery for a senior citizen and the toilet seat kept sliding to the side.
-
The staff were amazing. The overall room was a little worn, small things like lights, bed linen and the couch. The breakfast was good. No fee for parking.
-
Everything was great. We will be staying there again next time we’re in Waco.
