Very good

Had a very good experience here. I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the room since I am a very strict person when it comes to staying in a hotel and not being clean. I liked that it had a whole size fridge and stove top to cook, table and sink. Super on that. The bathroom was spacious and the closet as well. Overall it was pretty good.

Exceptional

Nice place for the property but very noisy there was parties next to my room and people with no respect music being played at 2 am called front desk to ask them to contact the loud room did nothing I was with my two young children slept the most 4 hours until early morning

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious.

The rooms were spacious and the view very nice I like everything

Disappointing

My only problem with this hotel was the cleanliness to the room it was poorly cleaned

The room assigned to me had a rusted fire extinguisher that leaked rust and some point above the tub and it stained the tub in our room. The mirrors in the other room was rusted as well. I was not two happy about this considering I have two little toddlers

Underconstruction. Gym closed, laundry not functional, internet slow. We were here for a 1 month stay for work, unacceptable. In addition room dirty and mid construction and required us to allow construction workers in during the day for work on the unit. Horrible!! I should have been refunded my one night stay before we left.

We visited this hotel towards end of August. They were renovating their hotel, so the main lobby was shifted to a small makeshift room. There was no place to park. We had to park around the curb. Breakfast was horrible - cereal, muffins and coffee and the breakfast was kept in the make-shift room, and you were required to pack the breakfast and take it to your room. There was constant noise from the A/C vent in my bedroom. Next day morning I requested the facilities to come and take a look but no one came. The corridor was full of dust. I never imagined a Hyatt hotel can be this terrible.

There was a billing error after my stay that took some back-and-forth to resolve, but after contacting corporate, Hyatt ultimately corrected the issue and compensated me. I appreciated that they made it right. Room wasn’t ready when I got there at 4pm but the two rooms I booked were very clean, comfortable and spacious.

Beautiful location, rooms where clean and lots of space.

One of my favorite places for a little getaway. I love the full kitchen. It’s feels like home. Well taken care of.
