Beds both had hairs all over the sheets. Not sure if they aren’t washing the sheets correctly or the machines need cleaning because the hair was all over the linen. Tub had hair at the bottom as well. Not clean! We had to walk across the buildings to get back to the front desk, because the person answering the phone said they didn’t have a manager nor supervisor and no housekeeping. Once we got to the front desk the young man there only was only able to give us new linen or offer another room with no guarantee that it would also have hair on the bed sheets. The last option was a refund. Overall, it was a disaster, it was too late to find another place but I wouldnt return here!

Kitchenette is the best part. All pots and pans, etc. furnished. Stovetop, full size fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker. Silverware for 3, cooking utensils, cullinder, cups, saucers, plates... Safeway nearby. Pool and hot tub 9am to 9pm. Maid service if you want, they made up my room once and offered two other times in 10 days. 2nd stay there and both times were great. Good shower, bed, TV... No noise from other rooms. No complaints and will be staying again!

Most of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. This was my second time staying at this property and was disappointed in the appearance and the cleanliness of the property. I have a service animal and always pick up after him. The cliental was really bad and didn’t care about much! Otherwise, the location and price were reasonable.

Grounds and common areas are dismally maintained, damaged and dirty

I used to think this hotel was ok never great but they do accept animals and that should count for something but last time I stayed.two days before I was to check out i went to the grocery store literally three to four blocks away I get a call that my dogs are barking I guess they forgot that dogs do that and when I got back fifteen to twenty minutes later I was told I have to check out yet the neighbor has a kid that is banging on the wall I hope it was the baby. Crying and screaming which I also know kids do so didn't complain to the front desk because I also had kids at one time so I checked out with no refund seems like a racket to me

The pool is definitely a great benefit!

The room key cards were terrible. We had to replace them five times as they reprogram themselves, even though they were not exposed to magnetic fields or credit cards or power supplies.

The grounds are filthy, cigarette butts, Q-tips, flossers, trash, overflowing out of trash cans apparently the only way their maintenance crew does anything is to blow it from one place to another with a leaf blower. They've forgotten how to use a power washer and sweep up the actual trash into a dustpan. they want you to check in using a credit card and a license to some sort of a kiosk with no human beings around so that way you can't complain about anything or ask for what you need you know like a luggage cart, pool towels, teabags, etc. Honestly the whole chain has reached the point of being so filthy and rundown that it's not a question of whether they leave the lights on, but why????

We stayed in the studio six building building D. They will supply you with everything you need to make meals, including a pot of strainer, flatware cups plates, and even coffee mugs. The one annoying thing I found is that if your room is a fairly good distance from the elevator, such as mine was, you have the option to transport your stuff by stairs or walking all the way across the billing just to get to the elevator. Not great, not necessarily a dealbreaker either, but just wanted everyone to be aware.

I have never stayed anywhere where the beds were so awful you slept and you felt the springs. Plus they caved towards the middle. They provided one bath towel for 3 people. You could hear furniture being moved around upstairs. My daughter took off her socks and walked around for just a few minutes and her feet were filthy. I would not recommend….

Charged the wrong amount.

Parking is bad, always overfilled after 10pm, sometimes can't even park on property.

The check-in experience was the most frustrating part. I arrived at 8:45 PM via Lyft and waited for in-person staff to check me in. Instead, I was directed to a Zoom kiosk with a remote attendant. The staff member was frequently yawning, moved slowly through a basic check-in process, and was unnecessarily abrupt. When my license didn’t scan the first time, he yelled across the lobby at me to flip it over (loud enough for adjacent rooms to hear). While his English was clear, his demeanor was unprofessional. I understand the economics of remote staffing, but cost-cutting shouldn’t come at the expense of guest experience or service standards. Between the room condition issues and subpar check-in, this stay didn’t meet basic expectations. A service recovery discount would have been appropriate.

Studio type facility, with reasonable price per night WiFi connection was not good. Room is clean but public space has some room to be improved.
-
No bags in pet area, so people just don't clean up. I always have bags for my dogs. Don't like that they only give an extra 20 minutes for late check out.

Consistently a pleasant stay. I have stayed at this motel numerous times. The experience is consistently good.

No breakfast. None promised. Room was clean. Included a kitchenette and a full size fridge. Met my needs. Bathroom in good condition. Hard mattress for my old bones.

The kitchenette How the manager banged my parents door saying someone complained they were making noise when they are leaders who my dad just had eye surgery at the time smells like cigarettes and weed in the hallways and some rooms that a read and motel don't feel safe
