Location, quiet even though it was near the freeway. Front desk staff were so nice and welcoming. In the initial room I was assigned, it was dirty. I pulled back the covers, and there was hair and some substance on the side of the bed.

I never leave a bad review so this is not something I normally do but felt I needed too. I’m not sure what was going on. My stay was one night. Checking in the front desk person was very nice. After that is where it ended. The room was definitely not as advertised. There was no coffee maker or one thing in the kitchen. There was absolutely nothing in the entire room except the bathroom had some towels, 2 small bars of soap and a box of tissues. I had to ask for a glass at the front desk. Ended up getting handed a mug. When I went to go to sleep I noticed that the sheets were soiled. ( I’ll spare everyone from the photos of the sheets). It was late and didn’t want to deal with trying to get clean sheets so I slept on top of the bed on the bath towels, which also didn’t look or smell too fresh. There was no alarm clock, nothing. Just a couple of plastic hangers in what was considered to be a closet and one picture on the wall by the bed. Nothing on any other wall. It felt as if the room doesn’t get used very often so there’s nothing in it. The hotel was booked so I felt as if they figured I was there for one night so just throw me in that room for the night. It was the weirdest experience I’ve ever had staying in a hotel room. I don’t expect a lot from an economy room but really! Needless to say I will not be recommending or staying in an Extended Stay again.

I liked having a full kitchen. Location of hotel being so close to the freeway. Also the grab and go breakfast options are a joke. The fact they are only available from 6am - 9:30am when 95% of it pre-packaged items. Also having to do my dishes because I have to return them to the front desk is an inconvenience. I'm want the hotel, so I don't have to do those things. Having to ask for shampoo.

Quiet, clean, nice kitchen, great shower. Convenient parking. Definitely going to stay here again. Close to freeway but set back on a side road so no freeway noise.

Location was good, close to people we were visiting. It was dirty and didn’t smell very good. We were all afraid to use the shower, arrived late and left early.

This hotel is conveniently located near the 101 freeway. Staff are efficient and friendly. The area feels safe. Our room was spacious that came with a large fridge and stoves. Double beds are a bit small. No coffee maker in room. Parking spots are a bit small. Floor was not properly cleaned. Our night was ruined by upstairs guests that were rumbling late into the early morning. Overall, i would come back.

It was depicted as an extended stay that had no pots, pans etc. There were burners capable of heating leftovers There was very few options in eating out which when found one was very expensive. Claimed to have breakfast, but didn't. no coffee after 9am

This is the second time that I booked this hotel, and I am pleased that I returned. I felt safe and the beds were comfortable and the room was clean both times.
