The hotel was ok, but there’s a catch. The parking is managed by a third party agency and it costs $26 per night to leave your car overnight, and this is multiplied by the number of cars that you park in the hotel. So if there’s four guests (with 4cars ) staying overnight, that would mean an extra $104 per night. There is no warning from the hotel about this anywhere and even though they explain it, they don’t warn anyone to pay the parking. There is NO STREET PARKING ANYWHERE AROUND THE HOTEL AND YOUR CAR WILL BE TOWED AT OWNERS EXPENSE IF YOU DO SO. My best advise is to add the extra cost in the budget and consider yourself warned…

Great customer service, very clean and pretty good breakfast

The front desk employee by the name of Malea was very helpful and kind. She was very professional and even went out her way to accommodate my family and I. My wife wasn’t feeling well and night and was in need of some hot tea to get her through the night. We didn’t have the tea available in our room so I stopped by the front desk and Malea went the extra mile and got me hot water and presented me the variety of teas. Her service was so clutch that it made our stay wonderful. From checking in till the end of the night she was there to assist us with great customer service.

It was great

Breakfast was understaffed, understocked and not very appealing. The best thing was their waffles and cereal most days. Small dining space for the number of guests.

Super clean, large rooms and great amenities

Clean room, great location, safe area.

The breakfast was excellent. My only suggestion would be to have a beverage option for diabetics. Like zero-sugar tea, soda, or juice. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. I had a king size suit and it could easily sleep a family of four. A better explanation of how paying for parking works should be explained upon check in. Thanks to God, I made it through my stay with no incident, however, another guest may not be as lucky. I seen the signs on the outside that read "scan to pay", however I was under the impression that it was for people who paid to park their vehicle just to catch the airport shuttle, like in other cities. A minor misunderstanding.

The breakfast was nice and parking was easy

The hotel was great! My only complaint is that they didn’t tell me at the front desk that I needed to pay or how to pay for parking. We didn’t park in front of the poles that had the signs that said to scan QR code to pay for parking. I’ve never paid for parking at a hotel. I luckily overheard someone telling another guest.

Room was very spacious. Lighting was a bit idiosyncratic with no central light except in the desk area. Great walk in shower with control on the wall opposite the shower head (as it should be but rarely is). Sink faucet a powerful multi point spray rather than the gentle aerated stream we usually get ... a bit off-putting for me.
