The hotel is nice but parking is expensive. Elevators require a room key for security. They need to clean the outside windows as it ruins the view

Will be considered a great stay overall if this breakfast is covered as it was advertised, booked and paid to be all included. But still the hassle is no fun.

Close to 11pm and there were reportedly 24 other guests still waiting to get into their rooms ahead of me. Then, when I was trying my luck at the front desk, both of my credit cards were repeatedly "declined" when trying to pay the deposit, something I have never experienced before (I had used the one card about 15 minutes earlier, and I used the second card later that night, so the cards were not the problem). I was told, "Get another credit card," which is a ridiculous thing to tell a guest trying to get into their room. I strongly suspect that this was a ploy to get people to give up and leave the hotel. I came back in a few minutes later to get the staff member's name, and I saw another guest holding multiple credit cards in his hand looking exasperated.

Property looks very nice on the outside but everything in the room is outdated. The person that helped me with checking in was not helpful at all.

Rom, staff. Surprisingly, when I booked I realize and was aware of the room charge, taxes and "Resort fee. But what you "bait and switched" me on, and did not include in the final total when booking on line was the appalling "$50.00 per night charge for parking. While I realize that parking can have a charge, this location is "remote" and there is not a demand for parking in this area as it is a business district, and except for your hotel , there is nothing else around to demand such and exorbitant charge. For this reason, I will never stay there again.

Comfortable room/bed; true black out curtains; quiet; comfortable bar to hang out in Holy cow, I was stunned by the parking rates -- not sure how I missed it but $49 for a night still seems over the top. And I absolutely hate having to download yet another app for parking. Boo hiss!

The room is spacious and clean. The fitness centre and swimming pool are excellent with nice sea view. The TV system is good and support YouTube. Login to the wifi is troublesome.
