Holiday Inn Express Suites Belmont by IHG

The hotel looked clean and in good condition. The room looked clean. The breakfast selection was good. We did not like the bathroom in the room as the water took forever to drain in both the sink and bathtub. Even though the breakfast food was decent, we did not like that the serving tongs were placed inside of the covered trays, on top of the food itself. The toilet got clogged and the hotel had neither maintenance staff at that time (evening) nor plunger for us to use. We had to use the lobby's public bathrooms until check out. Good thing our stay was only for one night.

Great breakfast. Prices were jacked up due to event in the city. Make checking us in was unpleasant

Good location Cost 10$ to park in the parking lot .

Refrigerator was not working properly. We bought some frozen food, its all spoiled.

Hotel is definitely starting to show some wear. Our toilet was cracked and the grout definitely can use updating in the bathrooms. Breakfast service only had one employee doing all the cooking, cleaning and replenishing. Needless to say we were often waiting for food and had to clean our own tables. I will say the room was very clean and beds were super comfortable and we had maid service everyday even without asking

Room was clean, parking convenient and staff was helpful. Would stay again.

Clean room, good toiletries and great staff

The staff are friendly shout out staff whe. I checked it on Sunday afternoon 5/10 I think Ram. The amenities are good they provided dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I love it! The fridge works well to cool my drinks. Thank you for great service, clean room and great amenities. Btw, this place is so close to great restaurants with great choices just across the street. 2-3 mins walk.

Room was clean, staff was excellent, Breakfast was hearty and parking is super simple and safe!

We enjoyed our stay! It was clean, nice, etc! The have lots of parking, so that’s not really a problem! It was nice and quiet. I would come back again!

I LOVE THE BREAKFAST HERE -- ALWAYS NICE - SCRAMBLED EGGS - POTATOES - TODAY BREAKFAST MEAT WAS CANADIAN BACON - NICE (SOMETIMES IT'S IS REGULAR BACON-- WHEN THEY HAVE HAD BACON IT HAS HAD A VARIETY OF CRISPY AND LESS CRISPY SLICES- AND SOMETIMES IT HAS BEEN SAUSAGE PATTIES).ALSO USUALLY HAVE VARIOUS JUICES, BISCUITS AND TOAST AND A VARIETY OF BREAKFAST PASTRIES - (MUFFINS, CINNAMON ROLLS ) USUALLY HAVE YOGURT AND OFTEN HARD BOILED EGGS -- AND THEY HAVE COFFEE 24/7 -- IT IS VERY NICE COSTA COFFEE

Best coffee of our 3-week road trip, excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable room, convenient location. Only one functioning elevator.

Nice rooms and good ood. No pool.

This is our second stay here in the last month and decided we won’t be back to this location. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. Pancake machine gone. Bacon hard as a rock, biscuits burnt, gravy cold, cheese omelets cold. Tv in room didn’t work. Front desk attendant not very helpful. Over all disappointing stay for almost $200 a night.

We were told by other staff that cleaning is everyday. We stayed for 3 nights, no one clean our room. Our toilet is broken, we told one of the staff, he said he’s going to ask somebody to fix it in the morning, but no one fix it. So we have to fix it ourselves.
