great stay for family

Great location. Nice room.

Clean, spacious room. I requested additional blanket, had to do it twice a few hours apart before it was delivered. Coffee pots were empty at 9 am Sunday morning, not crowded breakfast room suggest better supervision needed? Hearty breakfast

Highlights: 1. The hot breakfast is delicious and lots of great places to sit, eat and work like I had to the morning of my stay. The waffles were crisp on the outside, soft on the inside,no wonder they kept disappearing, but the staff was on top of it and quickly refilled any items running low. 2. Our room had a fridge with icemaker so by the time we woke up the next morning, we had ice for our water bottles. No more having to walk down the hallway with a bucket for ice. 3. Smart room design/layout with comfortable beds, separate living room area, good sized kitchen and table for meals. 4. Delise's hospitality Cons: 1. The icemaker can be noisy so if you are a light sleeper, consider turning off at night. 2. AC is also pretty loud, but cools the room quickly so we were able to turn it down once it was at a comfortable temperature. 3. The walls are a little thin and one night we could hear our neighbors laughing. There are plenty of signs for Quiet Hours starting at 10pm but some of our neighbors clearly didn't see or care.

Very clean room with all the amenities and with breakfast

The room was clean, and overall it was an ok experience. However, the breakfast was horrible, and some staff were rude. The front clerks were very kind.

Everything was perfect until I pulled the sofa bed out. As a Mother of 2 little boys, I've slept on many surfaces. But the springs in the sofa bed matress was something I haven't seen since my college days.

Facitility was well-maintained, lobby store was well-stocked, staff was very helpful, rooms were spacious and clean, kitchenette allowed us flexibility with kids. Breakfast selection was amazing; outdoor pool and recreation area was very nice. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom was also above par for the price. Will stay here again!

Nice stay

Was clean. Quiet. Very nice. Kitchen was good

Nice big room, and surprising with kitchen facilities etc. Best surprise was the location, we walked down the street 10 mins to tonnes of restaurants and outside dining and a great atmosphere that would make us want to come back and stay here on a next trip to SF, more affordable than the city centre.

Pretty nice place to stay. A previous person who stayed, their bracelets were left behind, which makes you question the cleanliness. The hair conditioner was empty in the shower. The internet was the worst. But that’s if you want to be picky, otherwise it was a pretty nice stay.

We rented this hotel because everything in San Francisco was expensive and had bad reviews for being dirty. This hotel was very clean. The staff was accommodating and it had a nice outdoor pool and a nice workout room. It was a wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed it.
