The hotel is centrally located, walking distance from public transportation and downtown. All the staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious with flexible spaces to work and relax. There is also a full fridge and microwave/ stovetop to do light cooking. Breakfast included is a bonus. And I loved the pool and hot tub and it is well maintained.

Great location

They should pay a lifeguard on weekends. The pool was insane- not a pleasant family experience. Did not see a defibrillator which is standard equipment these days around a pool. AC wasn’t great in the room. $8 for a bottle of water in a room is ridiculous.

very nice staff

The feel of the place is warm and welcoming. You can walk to the downtown area in about 15 minutes. Very quaint. The breakfast is excellent.
-
Only issue was no bedding for sofa bed. Staff weren’t very helpful or quick to get bedding for us.
-
A perfect stay. A quick walk to Cal Train takes you to all the spots north and south on your tourist check list. Clean spaces, great breakfast options.

My friend and I had an amazing stay here! Super comfortable bed and the room we had was super spacious. The woman at the front desk was super helpful as well! 10/10 would recommend.

Loved the large well designed room! Employees were GREAT!

Very clean hotel, room was great bathroom was great size. Ceasar, the clerk who checked us in was very polite and was a great representative for your hotel. Complimentary breakfast was great, and the staff that worked the breakfast were very polite. We didn't even realize there was a complimentary breakfast. Easy access to freeway. Parking was difficult, and the A/C didn't seem very cool even though I turned it down to 65.

Amazing stay

Great pool and hot tub. No restaurant onsite but lots of places to eat close.

Room was spacious. Seating in room is hard.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The check in was a breeze. We were greeted by friendly staff. Our room was spotless. The bed was so comfy. The hot tub was broken, so we didn’t have an opportunity to check it out. They have a heated pool that was operational. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. They had something for everyone. They charge about 22 bucks a day for parking. That was the only expense that I found to be excessive. We will definitely stay here again.

So clean! Comfortable beds (not so much the pull out sofa bed though) great breakfast, so many options!! Pleasant staff.

Clean room; Pleasant staffs

Breakfast was above and beyond the normal selections. We stayed 2 days and there were new offerings on both days. The Swiss and spinach quiche was so good. The next day it was a jalapeño and cheddar quiche muffin. The normal suspects were there. Scrambled eggs, sausage, mini waffles. You could customize oatmeal to your liking.

After one night of a 3 night stay, I asked to be moved to any room away from that side. They moved me to another room which was a studio (I agreed) so paid the suite rate for a studio for 2 nights but got much better sleep. Everything else about the hotel is great.
