I don’t give five stars so they are pretty good for the price

Breakfast was simple, fresh, and well prepared. Im a regular here when in the Bay Area for doctor visits.

Breakfast was nice just until 9 am only .

Basic motel/hotel

Excellent value - clean, decent light breakfast, no fee for parking, daily room service. This is not a 5-star hotel, but fits the bill perfectly if you are looking for a decent place to stay with no surprises. The only downside is that the rooms are not well insulated from sound, so noise from the atrium is apparent when people are speaking loudly.

The room was very clean, parking was free and safe. The hotel is located very close to CalTrain station.

Excellent hotel. Rooms were very clean & updated. Location was excellent. Close to major freeways (US 101 & I 280), shopping & very close SFO. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was fair but considering the price for a one night stay, overall it was a great value. Would highly recommend. Nothing. Place was great!

The staff was nice and responsive but the air conditioner in our room leaked and dripped water down the wall and on to the floor. The elevator walls look like they hadn't been cleaned in a month.

We have stayed at the Country Inn and Suites for many years now and have been very comfortable. This time, however, we were disappointed to find that the pool has been closed permanently and so our grandsons were bummed that they could not go swimming. Not sure why it is being closed. Also, one other thing we are missing is at breakfast there used to be some salsa condiments and there isn't any now. My husband really missed that. Otherwise, we liked our stay because the rooms were very comfortable and we like watching the train go by outside our window. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Wonderful staff who were very helpful and friendly!

Location is good for us since it’s close to where I wanted to be, it’s quiet. Staff kept the room cleaned. Breakfast is not good at the same time it’s offered only till 9 am which is too early for us. Carpets in the room are worn out, gives the impression that it’s dirty. I’m sure the sheets were replaced between guests but since it’s wrinkly, it felt dirty. Shower water pressure is low. Outlet by the si k is not working.

One of the front desk staffs' performance is surprisingly poor compared to the others. He is cold, unfriendly and indifferent to the guests. I understand where he is from. He doesn't hate guests but also is really not suitable working in the service industry. Due to the negative impression we didn't book another three nights with this hotel.

Clean room

Parking was excellent

Had a very bad experience. Breakfast was good, but next door room man was screaming and swearing expletives. Told staff and they wouldn't do anything. Female out in hall looking upset. Hotel needs updating.
