Holiday Motel

The bedside lamp would flicker anytime you touched the bedside table. The toilet paper holder kept falling off the wall. They did not answer the phone or respond to messages. Not terrible overall, but i definitely won’t go back.

We liked the cost, which was so much cheaper than the hotels near the concert venue of Hayden Homes Ampitheater. The bed was comfortable, and the location was close to places we needed to go.

The staff was very nice. We loss WIFI on and off. Shower did not have alot of pressure and water would not get hot. Room is small but very clean. The sheets and blankets were itchy to my husband and myself. We like we could park infront of our room and nobody above us. In a good location close to everything.

For the price, it's great. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accomodating. We stayed on Tuesday night and the area was quiet.

This is the best value I know in Bend. The furnishings may be a bit dated but everything is clean and well maintained. Super staff. Quiet room. Good bed. Gonna stay again.

It was very run down, could not open the window for fresh air, broken blinds, cobwebs, dirty carpet, ceiling fan in the bathroom coming down, pictures on the website are very misleading There was a crime that occurred there six months ago

Employees were very nice. Bedding appeared clean. Appreciated having microwave and fridge and was in a very easy location. 2 windows were unlocked. 1 lock was broken. As its a ground level motel, I wasn't comfortable with that so wedged a hanger in there. Walls could definitely be wiped-having unknown substances on them is gross. Its just overall very old, dingy, not well cared for. Even a small old motel can be kept up if owners care.

The bathroom had not been properly cleaned. There were tracks of something that had splashed on the bathroom door and other spatter of some kind on the walls. A few of the towels were stained with what I hope was only makeup. The parking lot was a bit too small for the number of rooms/vehicles, so it was difficult to get in and out. Overall, this is a place I wouldn't stay again.

The bedding was clean and pretty. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom wasn't very clean and the towel rack was rusty. The chair in the room was badly stained.

Dated but would stay again

Location was good for our visit. Not far from the Old Mill district. The facility is retro to the 1970’s. Our room was clean, a thank you to the housekeeping crew! The mini fridge had a freezer compartment. Which was nice. The window AC is a little loud. But I will say, kept the room cool. The mattress is close to replacement need. But, still provided enough support to get in a good sleep.

Good value, good location. Noisy due to back smoking area and alley. No screen on window but too hot to keep window closed. Bathroom was so small and cramped it was uncomfortable and with hazards.

The property was conveniently located for me had a store and restaurants walking distance. I absolutely loved how quant the property was as an insider. Very nice longe outside and facilities are just unique and entertaining. There wasn’t anything with the property. As a first timer I was concerned about location, but it was like beach life. It’s all good man.

This was the 3rd time I’ve had a multi-night staye at this Loma Linda location, which is basically across the street from the Loma Linda Medical Center. I felt very safe in the neighborhood, and there are 3 other hotels in the complex, making the area feel even more safe and secure. The staff at this Holiday Inn Express is always very helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast always has everything you need, but this last time the cardboard turkey sausage patties get a thumbs down, but everything else was just fine. Location is very convenient to the freeway. I’d definitely stay here again.
