Holiday Motel

We were just staying a short night and everything was great. Clean and the bed was comfortable. This is an older motel but is well taken care of and the staff was great. This little place will always be at top of our list for future stays in Bend.

Good air conditioning, clean rooms. Solid experience for the price.

Great value for the price; the room was large and well-maintained, bathroom was clean. My room even hard a large-screen TV and a second bedroom.

The room had stained carpets, a strong odor of smoke and damp, rusted bathroom vent, overall questionable cleanliness. The towels , toilet snd shower were clean and the sheets seemed clean. Very disappointing

Very beat up, run down property. Start with a sidewalk lined with red ants, rusted cooling units, a dirty door. Enter to a stained indoor/outdoor carpet, curtains from a decade long past, more chipped paint, scratched and dented door or rust on cooling units. It’s not worth thinking about the reluctance to sleep in the beds (yes, we checked the carefully). This was a booking error by a friend.

We received an upgrade, I guess, because we had a two-room (plus bathroom) suite. So much room! The rooms were in great condition, nicely equipped with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The bathroom was spacious and clean, with an excellent shower. Plus, the managers were a super-nice couple. If staying again in Bend, I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Older motel,clean,TV ? didn't use.cleaning staff in AM was very nice,friendly,BED was GREAT ,SUPER GREAT,guy behind the check in desk ,don't know if he had a MAJOR hangover,or is mad at the world,I had traveled over 10 hours to get to Bend ,To get some good sleep ,pretty happy with the price,But for just checking in,which should be, say hello,id,pay get key and say have a nice evening, What a downer,don't know if he's the son of the owner ,and mommy ans daddy always love the good looking brother more.or if they saved him from the underpass,what a downer, I thought I had drunk dialed my ex at 2 am

Affordable and has everything you need if you aren’t high maintenance

The room was absolutely disgusting and clearly had not been properly cleaned. There was hair throughout the bathroom, stains on multiple surfaces, and even a bottle cap left on the bed. The condition of the room was completely unacceptable. The lobby smelled strongly of cannabis and displayed a Booking.com rating of 8.7—a score that bore no resemblance to the property we encountered. We did not feel comfortable staying even one night, so we left and paid to book another motel through Expedia down the street. We are now requesting a full refund from Booking.com. What made the situation even more upsetting was seeing an older couple who were equally shocked and visibly distressed by the conditions but did not appear to have the same ability to relocate. This property failed to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness and hospitality. I would not recommend it under any circumstances.

Its retro charm and affordability are the reasons to stay here. Staff was very nice, bed was comfy, and it was very quiet.

Great location. Great Price, Quiet, Comfortable Beds, Not the nicest or fanciest but it was everything we needed.
