It could just be that they have not got to it yet. I always judge my stays by whether I would stay there again. In this case, despite the convenient location, I would look elsewhere.

The pool was so cold it was not useful, even kids were complaining how cold it was. There was mold and peeling paint in the bathroom and the coat rack was so high up the wall , it was not even reachable . It was musty smelling and damp feeling in the hallway. It is a cheap place to stay in a pinch but not a cozy warm environment.

The online pre check-in didn't get to the front desk so I had to resubmit all my info. But after that I got great service from the staff. My room was clean. The pool and hot tub were a great amenity, as well as the continental breakfast. It was quiet. I will book here again!

The whole hotel smelled of cat urine. Our room was not fresh. The staff was not friendly. Incorrectly charged me then said it was not their fault. Very run down.

The bed was horrible! I laid down and fell into a huge divot. The tub was stained, burn mark on the bathroom counter. Bathroom floor dirty behind the door. I didn't use any of the other amenities because I didn't trust they were treated, cared for properly. Carpet in common areas was very dirty and stained.

It should be noted somewhere that there is NO ELEVATOR!! I've had three knee surgeries, there was nothing on the 1st floor & we didn't have time to change hotels!! Also "breakfast" should be defined as basically Continental. The Desk Clerk was just as sweet as can be & was helpful.

It had good parking, comfy bed, room was clean. We wish the breakfast was a little bit longer as we went down at 9:50 and there was nothing left out. The pool was also pretty cold and the hot tub was so hot.

The carpets were stained and run down as was the paint. There’s no excuse for not maintaining your facilities. This was Bend!

It’s location was perfect to where we needed to go on daily basis Only issue I had was the smell but I believe it’s coming from the carpet

Room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Nice central location in Bend. We would stay here again.
