Nothing! The place looks nothing like the pictures.. mostly dirt roads and had a sketchy entrance way.. we got into the room and you could see dirt all over the floor and was on the bed as well.. the plug in sockets all looked like they would fry my devices.. the shower had mold and gaps and the sink had hair all over it.. really bad vibes.. even my son was scared to stay there.. left within 1 minute of opening the door and they refused to refund me saying it was my issue not theirs.. I got booking involved and they handled the situation well.. they should be removed from booking in my opinion.

Bad location, didn’t feel safe, had people partying well past 1 AM and sketchy people outside all over the place.

It had 3 beds, it was suppose to be 3 queen beds but it was 3 full beds. The room was very dirty!! Black hair all over in tub, the sink had dried soap all over faucet. Floor turned our feet black so dirty!! Needed to just be cleaned right!! They charged us 80.00 to park our 3 cars we had without any notice ahead of time!!! Never staying here again!!!

simple. the one King bed was a large room with fridge, microwave, kitchen sink and counter.

Bed is comfortable, reasonably priced. On a very busy loud road and you can hear traffic until very late as well as neighbors chatting. It does not have sound proof rooms as advertised. The owner kind of bothered me immediately. Nothing specific just something about his body language was off putting.

Conveniently located to eating establishments center of Ben Main Parkway access.

So upsetting, we booked this room and paid for it. It was a long drive for my husband and when he got there they said they over booked and didn't have a room for him. When a few hours before that I received a message and they asked when he'd be there to check in. I said its a long drive, he'll be there around 8 or 830 and didn't receive a response. They offered him a room at a different hotel that had worse rating and no in room wifi (a reason why we booked) that he needed for work in the morning. We had to find another hotel last minute that cost us $250 more out of pocket. Very inconvenient and rude to give a paid room to someone else. If its paid for, shouldn't matter if someone checks in at 4 pm or 11:59 pm.

The bed was very comfortable. Manager was friendly and helpful. There was no ice machine for ice so he gave me some in a plastic bag. No breakfast available, on Booking.com it listed a breakfast. No vending machines, no carpet in rooms.

Rooms were super nice and clean. Please ignore the negative reviews. This place is absolutely gem. I don’t have anything to say.

I liked the vibe of the room. Staff were very accommodating. Unfortunately nothing.

Staff made a rude comment and the fire alarm beeped all night making it a horrible night lacking sleep. Gross layer of dirt on the ground as well.

I loved the price of the stay, and the rooms were nice size; in addition, the staff was very friendly and more then helpful. However, the rooms were not clean, the shower had mold growing in the shower, and the floors were so disgusting I had to keep my shoes on the entire time. The price during the week is appropriate, but the price on the weekend is way too much. I would be very disappointed if I was to rent a room from there during the weekend for the amount that they're asking for. My advice is to stay during the week day. But go somewhere else during the weekend.

For the money it was ok.
