Budget Inn Bend

So upsetting, we booked this room and paid for it. It was a long drive for my husband and when he got there they said they over booked and didn't have a room for him. When a few hours before that I received a message and they asked when he'd be there to check in. I said its a long drive, he'll be there around 8 or 830 and didn't receive a response. They offered him a room at a different hotel that had worse rating and no in room wifi (a reason why we booked) that he needed for work in the morning. We had to find another hotel last minute that cost us $250 more out of pocket. Very inconvenient and rude to give a paid room to someone else. If its paid for, shouldn't matter if someone checks in at 4 pm or 11:59 pm.

Very clean and cozy room with all the essentials. The staff was helpful and made the stay enjoyable.

Staff made a rude comment and the fire alarm beeped all night making it a horrible night lacking sleep. Gross layer of dirt on the ground as well.

I loved the price of the stay, and the rooms were nice size; in addition, the staff was very friendly and more then helpful. However, the rooms were not clean, the shower had mold growing in the shower, and the floors were so disgusting I had to keep my shoes on the entire time. The price during the week is appropriate, but the price on the weekend is way too much. I would be very disappointed if I was to rent a room from there during the weekend for the amount that they're asking for. My advice is to stay during the week day. But go somewhere else during the weekend.

Location. Clean rooms Parking is a bit difficult but doable.

The heater was so noisy. It woke us every time it came on through the night. The location was sketchy, some weard activity in the parking lot. People yelling all night. The bed looked like it'd already been slept in. Stay was not nice.

Most comfortable sheets, pillows and bed. Felt like we were staying at a house. The sink didn’t drain well and the boards in the bathroom were warped.

Everything was just ok the shower didn’t looked like it had been cleaned the toilet overflowed all over the bathroom let the attendant know all I got was a on and a plunger and handed a bag no mop or cleaner like bleach or something to clean the over flow from the toilet also if on site says pet friendly there shouldn’t be another fee if there not a place to ask are you traveling with pets then there shouldn’t be a fee there staff aren’t really friendly or helpful I do know that I will probably never stay there again

The bed was comfortable. The water was hot, and the fridge worked. The area was a little sketchy, the GPS took us to the wrong area so checking in was weird. The manager was a little pushy when it came to checking out, he called at 10:20, when check out was 11. There was a lot of noise for the street, and I couldn't get the fan for the ac to continuously go to drown out the sound.
