I came into the hotel with an injured knee and your manager and the young man she was training could not have been more helpful. I was instantly reassigned a room on the lower level- no stairs! Eternally grateful for their hospitality.

Bed, breakfast and location were good. The place was very tired. Redo the carpeting in halls and in bedroom. In bedroom just have the underbed carpet with bare floors otherwise. Thermostat was dead and had to use the wall unit control. Give a tv that lets us put out own roku on it. The entire property looks worn and the dirt lot at the north end was unfortunate for an otherwise clean paved lot. Needs spruce up or a new La Quinta in Bend. Not up to expectations for LaQuinta.

First time traveling with our short hair dog and the room was perfect lots of room for his kennel and room was right next to outside door super convenient.

The room was clean and spacious. Comfortable beds and quiet. It was well furnished and had kitchen sink as well as bathroom sink in ante room. A few drawbacks, both sinks were sluggish. TV was difficult to sign into but not missed with late arrival and early departure. Breakfast nook was hot basic but good. It was a comfortable stay and would book again.

The breakfast was really good with waffles, eggs, sausage and more! Fruit, yogurt, etc. We're all well stocked. The staff was personable and answered all my questions about the area. The handicap room was very nice and easily accessible. Parking was a bit iffy, but we were able to eventually able to get to the closest entry.

Good location in Bend, for excursion to the Crater Lake National Park. The room was comfortable, but there was a dent in the middle of the bed. Unfortunately, the room was extremely cold when we arrived. The bathroom was fine, with a variety of toiletries. Breakfast was the usual American breakfast: artificially prepared scrambled eggs, sausage, jam, and pastries, all served with plastic utensils.

We booked a stay for two adults and three children. We were given a room that only slept four people. We requested a rollaway bed and were told only suites were allowed to have an additional bed. So we requested a suite and were told none were vacant. The staff told us they would give us an extra blanket and pillow so someone could sleep on the floor. Which is absolutely disgusting and very poor customer service. The bedroom smelled like stinky feet and the walls around the shower had mold growing. The breakfast was good and that's about the only redeeming quality.
