Cheap place to stay that was actually clean.

We specifically picked this hotel over another because they say they have a pool but it was closed when we got there and it sounds like its been closed for awhile. I just don't like that they advertise for something they don't have.

The "1st floor" ia a converted basement. The room had an odd smell.

Always clean, great breakfast, and friendly staff.

Hard beds but okay

Decent place to stay, though the price may be questionable.

We were there in the heat of summer and there was no pool. It was completely closed. Secondly, we saw dirt on the common stairways on our way up to our room the first day and four days later it was still there. They never told us that we had to specifically request a room service and we finally did. They brought us some towels over all the experience was lousy.

Clean rooms.

Our rooms ac unit was NASTY. Filled with dust I’m shocked it even worked. Under our bed was Panda Express left overs. There was a blood stain on my side of the bed. There was a tweaker they called the cops on the first night. The second night our tv remote locked and reset itself so we had to go to the front desk and the girl was not nice or helpful she just handed us a paper with a code and continually said “I don’t know, I’m new I don’t know”. AND to top it all off the pool was advertised when I purchased the room for the two nights and when we got there it was closed by the Deschutes County Health Inspector. I’m so disappointed.

Property was quiet but older in need off updating.

aewsome place to stay in Bend OR
-
Dog friendly, yet could use more care with ensuring rooms get thoroughly cleaned when next person stays that does not have a dog.
-
location and breakfast no water in the pool
-
Bathroom walls did not appear clean and sheets had hair on them. Water heating was also backwards on the shower and the sink. The tv did not even work and the bathroom light burnt out. Extremely thin walls and loud neighbors early in the morning.

Staff is friendly, but the property is very shabby and is on par with a 1 star. No pool (drained), despite it saying otherwise online. Also the back door to the building was unlocked and unsecured, so anyone could come in at anytime, and the staff were well aware of it. I would not recommend.

Staff were very good

Perfect stopping place along our travels. Could use a little bit better pet area but overall everything was fine

The room was well maintained and clean. I thought it was reasonably priced and plan on staying at La Quinta hotels in the future.
