The hotel is top notch. You will not find a nicer one. We will never stay anywhere else when we go to Bend. The rooms are super clean, beautiful, big and quiet. The location is also perfect if you want to be in the heart of downtown and able to walk to restaurants and shopping.

Centrally located, friendly and professional staff and a beautiful property. Had a great (one night) stay and will continue to stay there in the future when we visit family. We were even able to find a spot across the street that was free until 10:00am. Highly recommended!

My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower, and definitely they can upgrade the blow dryer . We definitely going to come back to this hotel .

This hotel is a wonderful spot in the middle of shops and restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful; the rooms are top notch and even have a handcrafted soap “menu” and pillow menu if you have specific preferences. I would highly recommend it!

Wonderful hotel. Located within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops downtown. The amenities are great we loved the hot tub, sauna and steam room. The only thing we did t like were the beds. They were so soft we couldn’t sleep. I moved to the couch about 3am. The pillows were a bit too fluffy as well. It’s nice to stay in a beautiful hotel but we left exhausted because we didn’t sleep.

I arrived early for check in and for some reason my reservation I made on expedia didn't register in their system. They quickly investigated and when they couldn't provide the room I had booked they gave me a free upgrade to a really nice suite. The view of the mountains was amazing, I enjoyed the in-room facilities like the kitchenette, shower, coffee and French press, and sitting area. It was quiet and the bed was really comfortable. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful.
