The pillows were terrible; I couldn't sleep. The room was extremely cold and the thermostat wouldn't allow me to set the temperature I wanted. The showerhead had no pressure, and the bathtub was damaged. The people at the front were cold. Housekeeping didn't come to clean my room, I have to call the front desk to sent somebody to clean the room.

Mom traveling with 4yr old toddler to help move in 1st year college student at Howard University. The stay was amazing, comfortable, clean, convenient location, I felt safe to walk at night with a baby, plenty of food options, wonderful views, luxurious amenities, smooth & convenient check-in, super chill vibes. This is a wonderful place for families, but also perfect for an event or a romantic staycation. The front desk staff were warm, welcoming, knowledgable, and they were super sweet to my toddler making her feel seen by offering her a toy. In a world where people usually treat kids as an inconvenience or just as if they're invisible- I really appreciated the super sweet interaction. After my stay the hotel manager reached out to me personally. Top tier customer service from start to finish. I. will be returning to stay here again next month.

Great stay, and very well located in Bethesday -- near the Metro stop and restaurants, with easy driving access to DC. I especially liked the staff -- particularly Reuben and Gabrielle, who were helpful, very pleasant, and kind. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.
