AC Hotel by Marriott Bethesda Downtown

Nice spacious room and comfy bed

When I arrived my room was booked by an embasador that spends $10,000 at the hotel so they gave him my room according to the supervisor. They offered me a 1 king bedroom for 5 registered guests on my reservation. In othef words my reservation was not as important as the embasadors.

CLEAN ROOM,

The desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in making us feel welcome. Spoke briefly in the elevator with several housekeeping staff and they also were very interesting and interesting! The staff working the restaurant were energetic and upbeat and really served us as family! Thanks again!

Perfect stay!

$30 for parking for one night?! You should be ashamed.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The property is clean and modern. They allow 2 dogs per room which was a big advantage for us traveling with our dogs. Also the hotel is located in the heart of Bethesda and walkable to many wonderful restaurants and shops.

The ambiance at the restaurant/bar Location close to the Metro The view from our room was unoccupied floors of garbage bins and cleaning supplies storage The bed was beyond horrible and the room was super small The restaurant employees are not well trained with the menu at all including the acting manager It was I do not know, we can not do it and let me ask everyday the same story.

The AC hotel is beautiful and modern. Very clean with a big gym and great equipments. The service desk staff were excellent and very helpful. There is a fancy bar and restaurant in the hotel. I will stay at this hotel again when I come back next time.

New modern styling. Very nice bathroom. Public garage parking directly across the street. I could not find an ice machine on any floors that worked.

Check in was easy as possible. Staff were exceptionally kind. Ty especially was a stand out. Stayed twice back to back since my first stay was so good.

Hi, a really great hotel. I had called earlier to mention a late arrival. Although they initially charged, they quickly sorted out a refund when I arrived. The hotel room and bathroom were pristine. I had an issue with a padlock on my suitcase - it took a while for maintenance to attend but when they arrived it was sorted quickly. Great location - 6 mins walk to the metro station. I did not sample the breakfast/food but would highly recommend.
