There were a couple of things that could be improved. The parking garage was extremely small and difficult to navigate my car ended up scraping badly, which was really frustrating. Inside the room, while the space was nice, it was noticeably dusty. The vent in the bathroom had a buildup of dust that definitely should’ve been cleaned before our arrival. Overall, despite a few issues, our stay was great and we enjoyed our time there.

The building was under massive construction and should definitively not be open while it happens. Also the exercise equipment was not all functional and the pool attendant was rude.

Magnificent
-
For our purposes it was a relatively convenient location.
-
Rooms were spacious. Some parts of the hotel had a weird smell and breakfast is overpriced for basic continental breakfast food. Should be included in price.
-
Loved my stay! Came for work and will definitely stay again

It was close to a lot of stuff

When I called customer service they still have not got back to me.

The hotel staff was rude to us.

Our room had no number on the door. We guessed what the room number was. The safe didn’t work. The blowdryer wasn’t working. Very inconvenient underground parking. Food was not good. The crab dip was water down. We took the do not disturb sign was off for at least 5 hours while were out and if we didn’t flag down the room attendant, we would not have clean towels.

The areas around the hotel were nice, the food spots I visited were not only delicious on a budget but they were also within 0.2 miles of the hotel. If you’re looking for food on a budget for breakfast I would recommend Peter’s Carryout I didn’t actually try their breakfast food, but I must say the steak and cheese was Delicioso. But baby, nothing was more fun than when I went to Tommy Joe’s bar. It’s a rooftop bar, which is also 0.2 miles away from the Bethesdan and lit doesn’t even begin to describe this bar. There was so many people there was so much life. Everything was good. The drinks were delicious. If you go to the Bethesda, you have to try Tommy Joe’s. You will not regret it. Overall, for the hotel, I give it an 8 out of 10 would recommend, but Tommy joes definitely gets a 10/10 for me

The room manager who greeted us super friendly. The room was very clean. There was the cutest man I saw at 6:30am just starting his shift this morning and he made my day! Happy and dancing a bit ( he didn’t know I saw him) was absolutely delightful. The location is great and has anything you would want nearby.

The staff is incredible -from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping- and were all smiles during check in and check out. Most of our problem was with the garage. There is limited and rather tight parking if you have a car taller than sedan. The keycard to the garage never worked when went in and out but the help button was swift. Overall, a good stay with nice staff.

This hotel is very clean and the staff are helpful and understanding. This is why I have stayed there about ten consecutive years and will return in July 2027.

Reception was slow but nice enough. Signs say the pool is open until 9:00 but reception said 7:00. Pool isn’t as nice as the photos make it out to be. Faded fake ivy walls, pool noodles, generic pop music playing at a volume you can’t tune out… but the room and reception were nice. $40/night for parking

I had a great experience here. The staff was on point. Hotel was spotless. I enjoyed the pool as well. 10 out of 10.
-
This was an incredible start. Location was most convenient with restaurants and shops all walking distance. Of course the gem was the rooftop pool! We enjoyed evening swims the most with the beautiful glow of the sunset. Will definitely stay again!

My second time staying, always a great experience. Good food, great service, and the rooms are always clean!

This hotel was nice, but it seemed like an old hotel that had undergone some updates. The tub in the bathroom had some areas that were painted, and it just looked like they threw some paint on the chipped areas. When we checked in, the staff member was nice, but they sent us to the wrong room, and we had to go back down to the desk. He apologized and said that he had given us the wrong room. Later that night, a staff member came into our room while we were in there, stating he thought it was empty. If you drive a larger SUV dont plan on parking in the garage, as it is very tight and SUVs can only park on the 1st level. All staff members we interacted with were very helpful and corrected any problems right away.

I enjoyed my staycation for the 2nd time. Perfect walking area to many dufferent eateries. Both times I've gotten the Presidential Suite bit it was fulfilling. Overlook of the city, espacious living room and seperated soaking tub/ealk in shower. Very clean and I recommend anyone coming in area to consider this hotel.
