Tried calling desk. At 10:30 pm walked down to desk. No one there. Waited a few minutes. Tried to muffle it with towels. No sleep at all. Then asked for a receipt checking out and was denied. Explained I was being admitted to hospital, and would not be able to access anything( and the hospital should have paid for it, but now I have no receipt. Will not return

Wonderful place to stay

Our curtains wouldn’t close and maintenance was gone for the night so there was a bright light shining into our room all night long. The staff didn’t offer any compensation. There were noisy neighbors all night long, again staff was not at all helpful

Breakfast was great, the staff was nice

Housekeeping knocks down your door at 8:30am. They entered my room multiple times while I was still there. Breakfast is $16 a person. The hotel is a little dirty and old. Wasn’t a horrible place to stay, but far from the normal Hilton quality
-
Expensive stay and breakfast was not even included Parking extremely expensive for hotel quest. Staff , hospitality did not understand what their guest was saying - language barrier- no trash can in rooms . Missing items in bathroom upon arrival
-
Not sure what happened, perhaps my misunderstanding, but parking available is not the same as parking included. So that was $30 I didn’t plan on spending. Also the price on the app was different than what I was charged. So when I budgeted $125 for the night and end up spending $200, it soured the experience. The hotel was nice, but not worth the $200 for everything.

The location was wonderful, the room was large, and the fridge helpful. I appreciated the coffee. One staff member was kind, friendly, and helpful. Another was not. The lock on my first room was broken. I was moved quickly to another room, but the drain didn't work properly (I had to prop it open), the bed was missing one of the sheets, and the elevators were very slow. The parking policy was not clear. One clerk said I could leave the car for the day after checking out, while another said I would need to be out by 3--an inconvenient time if you are in Bethesda for business and relied upon the first clerk. Overall, I felt safe there, but I would think twice about staying in this Hilton again.

The hotel is nice and clean. We especially like the location to the metro.

I booked this place for a quick trip and was pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was and how great all the staff was, going out of their way to be helpful every time I interacted with them. The location a few blocks from the metro was convenient, the rooms were clean and renovated, and the property was decorated with a cool, modern vibe that I really liked. The 12pm checkout was also a nice bonus for our last day. I'd definitely stay here again.

Centrally located, parking garage attached, and the experience I expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. Recommend it.

Staff for the most part seemed indifferent and uninterested at best.
