I think the entrance to get in the parking for the first time was not very clear. Very disappointed no coffee pot in room

Hotel is fine and great access to Metro. Front desk doesn’t make you feel welcome and probably wishes you weren’t there to check in or out. No coffee and no real amenities - room was clean and staff there did a great job. Metro is biggest draw

lower level Escalator not working. middle Elevator not working. Could not exit the parking garage due to malfunctioning meters. Delayed in efficient time moving around the facility large private event. The attached cafe was not prepared to handle the amount of people being served on premises. No outside food allowed made wait time even more intolerable. Hotel is super clean staff is professional and friendly and very accommodating.

I didn't like my room the carpets are openly dirty. And the door is bulging out at the top.

I stayed at the hotel with esther because I had a doctor's appointment at one of the clinics across the street. The bathroom lighting could be better.

This was a nice hotel! The room was clean and cozy. I would've liked if I was able to connect to Netflix and other streaming services, but it was fine. It's very close to the Metro, as well as restaurants and shopping. I would stay here again!

The hotel was comfortable and well-situated.My plane was late so I didn’t get in to my room until 1:00 am and did not get down to breakfast until about 10:15 - The front desk told me I could still get breakfast but when I went to the restaurant was told I would have to wait until 11:30. They could (and I believe) have been more helpful.
