First, the garage key was missing from my check-in envelope. While customer service offered a reimbursement for alternative parking, I should not have to pay out-of-pocket for an amenity I already covered. After speaking with the leasing office, a representative made me a key, but gave poor instructions, causing us to drive in circles. When we finally found the garage with the help of the concierge, the new key did not work, and we had to tail another vehicle to enter. Furthermore, the condition of the room itself is completely unacceptable and unsanitary. The room is dirty, dusty, and full of fruit flies, indicating it was never cleaned prior to our arrival. The bathroom sink is completely clogged, and the bed sheets are visibly dirty. Fortunately, I travel with disposable bedding, or my family would have resorted to sleeping in our car. Additionally, the bed frame leans heavily to the left and makes loud noises with any movement. I have recorded video evidence of the clogged sink and the dirty sheets.

When I asked to speak with the manager he told me the managers don’t accept calls from customers. When I asked for the email of the manager he refused to give me that and said they didn’t allow customer emails either. A property manager who refuses to have any communication with a paying customer? Never heard of that before. It felt as if the customer support agent, Adrienne B enjoyed being condescending and rude. The issue was quite simple. The listing and photos shows and quotes “2 bedrooms with queen beds” instead you will have a room with 2 twin beds. I first asked to be moved to a room that matched the description and was simply told there was nothing they could do. When I asked if there was some way to be compensated for the misleading description of the room the answer was again, no because the room has beds so they don’t have to follow what the pictures say and to send him a screenshot of the listing so he could “investigate” Honestly, a nice attitude with an apology and something as small as a $50 dollar rebate would have made me feel valued as a customer. Instead I was met with a hostile argumentative rude person who made it clear he did not care how we felt and refused to let me speak to his management. He took a minor issue and made it HORRIBLE. I will never book again.

The apartment was nice and clean and the every concierge was friendly and welcoming. The staff in the leasing office went above and beyond to help. I did not receive my parking passes even though I called twice before arriving and sent in the required forms. I also only received one key although I was assured I would have 2. Also my key fobs stopped opening the door twice, luckily the leasing agents were still there to reactivate them. This seems to be a recurring problem and one that should be so simple and easy to accommodate but also one that is vital to a guest’s comfort and safety.

The room was not serviced and my VIP guest arrived at 9:30 to unmade bed, no towels, no soap or shampoo. Email earlier in day asking me to call - called three times and got voicemail each time. I would not recommend staying here. Seems like it’s managed remotely. Not hotel. Even if I had connected nothing would have changed. Poorly managed. Excuse was that prior guest stayed beyond checkout time and housekeeping left for day.

Beautiful place, hope to visit when the pool is open!

The apartment was really nice Needed towels for 5 people. Only had 1 packet of dishwasher detergent. With a family of 5 and actually cooking,we needed to run dishes nightly. I would also have liked to have cleaning wipes available. It would also have been nice to have parking pass in advance. It wasn't offered at time of booking.

Paid for the parking and never received the parking access control. I called them many times and they promised to provide them but did not happen. Fire alarm went off and it was noisy and i called the call center and they promised to solve the problem but nobody came and it kept ringing for a week!!! Not clean apartment. Missing many utensils in the kitchen in which i bought many. I left the apartment at 7 am at check out day and kept the keys as per the instructions then i received an email that i did not leave the apartment and will be charged!!!!

Both, the room was not suitable for a stay and staff was not accommodating. We had to go to another hotel. Please refund our money, this has created hardship amad this business trip.

The agency did not communicate with the employees at the property. I paid for early check in and parking, but unfortunately, i had to spend the first two hours i was there making phone calls to get a parking pass and keep my 5 year-old in from the severe cold

Within short walking distance from the Woodmony Triangle - the best part of Bethesda A few items are broken and a real hazard for little children. My biggest issue with this is that it has been reported by other guests and the management has clearly done nothing about it.

Overall the room was nice. Apartment building nice. People in the building nice. HOWEVER. Customer service at Global Luxury? HORRENDOUS. I got hung up on twice. I filled the parking pass before hand and it never got confirmed. I never got my parking pass until the day before I left, DURING A HUGE SNOWSTORM. I had to park at another lot 10 mins away and pay $40. It was a mess. Not to mention I’m traveling alone and pregnant! So it was a high stress situation. Yet of course, they charged me for the days I didn’t even park! Was not a luxurious experience. It’s so unfortunate they don’t have a good solid customer service and housekeeping system because those apartments are really nice and in a good area. But geez, that was stressful.

The room was wonderful.. I can’t complain about the room but the parking situation was a mess.. and the gentleman at the desk was so confused.. I was given phone numbers to call that would just ring.. it was a nightmare

Everything. Would love a special monthly rate. Towels. Didn’t have enough towels at times.
-
Only on key provided for multiple guests, when requested a second which is customary- was told I had to pay 250 for it! Clearly someone had lost one and they tried to have me pay for it. After multiple calls and emails, I was finally provided a second.

The small glass dinning table for 4, had a broken leg. I notified in writing but was never fixed, they apparently came to inspect it, but assumed the coffee table was the one broken, which was not, and the inspector reported that there was nothing wrong with the coffee table! Also in the envelope with the keys, the parking sticker was missing, they didn't provide the parking sticker until 3 days after we checked in. This is the second time we stay in an apartment in North Bethesda ftom Global Luxury Suites and one time in the one in Crystal City. Always had a good experience. Nevertheless we will stay there again.
