Clean rooms and friendly staff

I wish I could get better information about a sit down dinning. The Casino was very nice and very enjoyable.

Staff at hotel and casino were great. Very helpful had answers to our questions. I wouldn't waste my time on the upscale restaurant Kellers, had reservations for 6:30pm. Hostess was busy talking to another staff member and we had to wait several minutes more, even after a waitress told her we were waiting. Then she takes us to our table and says our waitress will be right there to take care of us. Mind you we made reservation early before they got busy for a reason. As we sat looking over the menu and waited another 15-20 minutes with one other table occupied, my wife looked at me and said if this is how long we have to wait for water and to be greeted, I think we should leave. So we left. Couldn't tell you how the food is but the service was terrible. I do NOT recommend Kellers. Riverside bar and grill right up the street was great. Good food and great service.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The waiter we had in the restaurant was very nice and personable.

Good stay, nice clean room - great value

I called to hotel prior to our arrival to request a rollaway bed. When we checked into our room, there was no rollaway bed in the room. We went to the front desk to inquire about the rollaway bed. They said they would get one in our room. However, when they check to room they gave us, they said we would have to change rooms because the room they gave us was not up to code for a rollaway. Why didn't they know that before we put our stuff in our room. We had to take all our belongings and move over to the North Tower instead. A lot of missed communication with hotel staff.

Everything was great! Only thing missing was a hot tub! Looks like it was recently removed.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Love the location! The hot tub has been removed.

Hotel was awesome. The dog next door barked all night. Casino guard was a jerk. We didn’t have our ID but did have our room key. He made us go back to our room to get IDs and then didn’t even look at them when we came back. He just looked at us with a condescending smirk.

I’d definitely stay here again.

Very nice facility and close to The Concert Venue

We asked for a non smoking room and we got a room that stunk badly like smoke or something worse. Asked for a different room they refused to give us one. Asked for a refund they say that we would have to go through Orbitz! Will never stay there again and wouldn’t recommend

Check in was smooth and the staff was awesome. Plenty of parking and the restaurant was great!

Good location for concerts across river. Good price!

Easy to find Scratchy sheets. I was there for a convention and the 1st floor hallways have a strong cigarette smell. I felt it was way overpriced but had no choice.

Not a gambler so didn’t use the casino side

I did not like that they smoke in the casino, other than that it was a nice place.

Room was decent, nothing spectacular No breakfast, small pool, smoke smell, unimpressed
