Overall a great experience

We also enjoyed WSW | The Steakhouse. The bartender was knowledgeable and made great drink recommendations, and our Sunday evening waitress provided excellent service. The hotel could use a few cosmetic updates. We noticed a couple of small stains on the sheets, the bathtub finish was worn in places, and the towel rack in our room was loose. Despite that, the room and hotel overall felt clean, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Overall, the outstanding staff and welcoming atmosphere made this an easy place to recommend. We’d happily stay here again.

I liked that the staff was helpful and polite. When I asked a question, I was answered right away. If they did not have the answer, they found one. The room was clean, the food was good, and the drinks were, too.

I did find that the property needed some basic maintenance and cleaning done. We stayed for three nights, and our trash was never taken out, and we had to ask for towels every day. Every night we stayed there we found roaches in our room on the ceiling/floor/bathroom. We would have liked there to be a hot tub.

The ocean view room with a balcony was amazing! It was so relaxing to sit out on the balcony and eat dinner!!

I like that check out is at 12pm, that was very helpful. I requested for a late check out and they gave me til 1pm at no extra charge.

Room was good. Staff was excellent. Only problem were baby roaches around the sink and on the table below the tv. Otherwise everything else was good.

We got everything we asked for and needed, but happened to be there during their restaurant remodel. Listening to jackhammers in the lobby isn’t very relaxing. I’m sure my 4/5 ratings would go 5/5 once they’re done.

It was ok. Not really what I was expecting for the area but room was tiny, untidy, and ac made a lot of noise. Front desk agent was snippy, rating at best was mediocre, it was a place to sleep for a visit.

Shampoo was empty and room only had two sets of towels. We had three travelers. It felt like the room was not properly prepared. Hotel is older.
