It was a clean hotel staff was very friendly. Beds are really firm.

Staff was not helpful. Had to go find a staff member to turn in room keys after waiting at guest services desk for a long time. New mattresses they just put in rooms are super hard and uncomfortable.

First room had a broken window, AC was not working. Was moved to a second room and AC was not functioning at 100% and would not go below 72 degrees. There were dirty stained mattresses in plain sight that were being changed out I guess. Disgusted I will not be staying at a hotel in this chain again!

Liked the availability of luggage carts and parking. The breakfast was timely and good.

I’m not sure what was going on in the pool area, but the pool had dirt in it and the hot tub must have been out of order for some time because it was full of green algae water. The grounds around the hotel were well kept but mostly dirt and rocks. What little grass there was had tons of stickers so our dogs kept getting stickers in their feet and hair. Our room was nice and clean - the bed was comfortable and tv had many channels available. The bathroom was large but the sink had a slow drain. Keep in mind this hotel is right on Interstate 20 so there was lots of traffic noise. Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly.

This is one of a very few that charge a deposit on check in. They promise it will be returned at check out. The room was clean and well arranged but maintance was lacking. The toliet seat was very loose and the front dezk saod no one was available to fix it. The cover of the air conditioner kept falling off. The door lock on the outside entrance was hanging by the wires. The hot tub was completely overgrown with algae and had beer cans floating in it. Obviously it was not usable.

While the property is conveniently located, the maintenance and upkeep of the room was poor at best. After traveling all day we were surprised that the room didn’t at least offer a complimentary bottle of water. We were charged $9 for 2 bottles in the lobby!

Room was clean and comfortable. Room was next to the elevator; breakfast consist of white bread for toast, bagel, hard-boiled egg, yogart, juice and coffee- That's was the entire breakfast buffet.

Carpets everywhere are dirty and outmoded

The rooms do not have closets or space for hanging clothes. This is a nice facility for an overnight or short stay.

Needed a mat in the bath tub for safety. I

Great place for the price. 4 stories outdoor pool. It was clean and well maintained. Only one elevator though

The common areas (lobby, hallways, breakfast room) were very warm and felt stuffy. The hallway on our floor (4th) was incredibly warm. The AC in the room did not cool our room very much, making it difficult to sleep.

This property is so well maintained. Our room was excellent. The front desk clerk that checked us in was great! She was so friendly and helpful. There is a walking path adjacent to the property that is so nice, what a bonus. This is our 16th day on a road trip of Route 66 and other locations and this is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at.
