This property is so well maintained. Our room was excellent. The front desk clerk that checked us in was great! She was so friendly and helpful. There is a walking path adjacent to the property that is so nice, what a bonus. This is our 16th day on a road trip of Route 66 and other locations and this is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at.

The room needed more attention. The carpet needed to be shampooed. When walking on it my feet would turn black. Would be a wonderful place. If the outside was cleaned up. There is really no good place to walk your dog without getting a bunch of stickers. And they would be tracked into the room.The trash outside could be picked up. The cleaning staff were very nice. Just clean it up!

Easy to access, clean, exterior maintained. Breakfast options were good except for not staying on top of refills such as hot food, waffle batter.

Good location to the interstate. The room was cool, the breakfast was great, and the bathroom was big. The elevator was broken our first night, and so we had to use the stairs but they were tiling them so it was a little confusing.

I reserved a room for 12th of July when the hotel cancelled why not sure no answer given. So I re booked the room through Expedia and the app glitched and instead of it being for the 12th it defaulted to a week later 18th. No refund issued or credit given or the money that was in my Expedia account. I will not use Expedia again and not recommend it to my family or friends.

Apparently, they only do housekeeping after 3 days but don't tell you that until you ask about it.

A/C didn't cool the room well. Pool was closed until further notice in the middle of summer.

Swimming pool was green. AC couldn't complete with the 4th story ceiling heat.
