Apparently, they only do housekeeping after 3 days but don't tell you that until you ask about it.

A/C didn't cool the room well. Pool was closed until further notice in the middle of summer.

Swimming pool was green. AC couldn't complete with the 4th story ceiling heat.

I'm gald we only stayed one night. The air conditioner was not very cold. The water pressure in the shower was no existent. My bed was not comfortable, however, my son did say his was better than mine. I won't be booking here again anytime soon.

The pool was not available for use. All of the sheets and blankets had stains. The towels were all yellowed and very rough feeling. The breakfast was very basic

We stay here two or three times a year on our way to visit family in El Paso and on our way back to Dallas. We are always greeted warmly and enjoy the breakfast too.

I’ve traveled several times between Texas and Santa Fe, NM. Each time I have stayed here. I travel with my cat and this hotel accepts pets for a $25 fee. The beds have platforms that go all the way to the wall so pets (and small children) can’t get under the bed. Staff is always friendly.

The room was conveniently located, clean and fresh. The staff was very kind and welcoming. Parking was ample and well located and easy. Breakfast was very good and fresh and ample.

Upon arrival I was informed that the elevator was down and then assigned a room on the 3rd floor. The room smelled wet and like old coffee. There was hair on the floor in the entryway, in the toilet, and on the sink. The carpet was wet and saturated throughout. The TV was broken, staff instructed me on how to fix it; however, those methods did not work. She then stated that she will be up there in a few. She then arrived and had to climb on the counter to fix the TV, and then it worked.

Check-out time is 11 am and they continued to BANG on our door despite us telling them we had no intentions of staying past 11 am!

We had 2 rooms, 1 had good comfy beds and linens, the other had a hard bed and scratchy linens. Elevator was broken. Pool was disgusting. Not swimmable. Dark green nasty. Other small maintenance issues. Perhaps the location makes it more difficult to get things fixed or parts?

Room was clean. The property is going through upgrades.

Breakfast was good and the room and bathroom were clean and not too small. The key lock on the door to the little gym did not work and the ice machines were on every other floor.
