McDonalds serves better. Removed second waffle machine. This causes backup with people waiting in line. There was no creamer only milk or half and half. They used to serve flavored creamer. They moved breakfast to 6:30 a.m and that causes a rush when people are heading out for their work. For example they had sausage or a crousant sandwich with ham. Nothing to go with the sausage. 1 of 2 Elevators were out of order. This used to be top notch, but we will stay elsewhere next trip. We have made Town Place Suites our home in the past, but cost-cutting has caused deterioration.

Location. Front desk employee :) Our room has items left from previous guests on shelves, slight water damage in restroom & trash was piled near elevators on 4th floor for 2 days.

Room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was great, really enjoyed the gluten free blue berry muffins they had! ☺️

The room is always clean. We stay here every christmas since they're the best place for a 2 bed 2 bath suite.

Clean with a lot of useful conveniences like full size fridge/freezer, stocked kitchen, easy access shower, comfy bed No ice bucket, low to the floor toilet (difficult for seniors).

Facility was great. Staff was pleasant and courteous. Breakfast was average.

The front desk employee that greeted us was incredible! The lobby looks so festive.

Staff was incredible. Room was spotless. Needed a mini sewing kit and they definitely had them on hand. Breakfast was excellent, loved that they had a flavored waffle option rather than the basic. Overall wonderful stay.
