The place was ok but the air conditioning was really bad. It took forever for the room to cool off. We put the temperature as low as it would go at 65 degrees and it still took a while to cool off.

I parked on the side since my room was in the 1st floor & I had a boot on my ankle. The side door did not work so I had to walk all the at around the building the experience was awful. The first desk agent wasn’t up front when I arrived the cleaning mess of the room was eery

When my husband and I pulled up, we were very disappointed, the hotel looked bleak. The main entrance looked like the back door of the hotel. Even though we had already paid, we decided not to spend the night there. I should’ve purchased the insurance…. live and learn.

The room was way too small for 2 queen beds. There was almost no walking room between bed and furniture. That room should have had only 1 bed and a full size only. The breakfast Saturday was very disappointing. Almost nothing to choose from except carbs. Sunday's was better with more choices. Should be same choices every day.

Staff was great and the people are awesome BUT the bed comforter and shower towels had stains on them. Only 1 out of 2 washers doesn’t work. The water shuts off from 1-3 am on certain days. The wi-fi is poor. The breakfast gave some of us the runs. I stayed here and then moved to Days inn after my experience here; Days inn has better WiFi and cleaner rooms, water works, etc.

they don’t clean the rooms as they should, i was there for a week and room was only cleaned because i called about it . it was hair in my bathroom when i checked in and dirty sheets.
