Clean room staff was helpful
-
Everything was ok except the restroom. The toilet always had issues and when you took a shower the water smelled horrible.
-
AC could not be adjusted and was leaking on the carpet, breakfast was just so-so
-
The property is run down. The furniture in the room was damaged. And the internet was unstable. The water from the tap was brown and smells off.

Everything was really great!

Nothing, I truly enjoyed my stay.

A/C was too loud and pillows not comfortable( hard)

Spacious room, comfortable beds, great AC, nice size Smart TV, clean pool and hot tub. Friendly staff. Quiet, clean and comfortable all around. The only “complaint” of sort I would have, would be the elevator. My family & I were staying on the 3rd floor, and my wife and kiddo were scared to use the elevator as it would shake when approaching the 3rd floor.

Pillows a little to hard for my liking. Beds were very comfortable.

The room itself felt like a warehouse: enormous space, sky-high ceilings, cold fluorescent lighting. Not cozy. Not safe-feeling. Just vast and unsettling. Then came the front desk experience. Late at night, I was walking to my room when I noticed the night shift guy had come out of his back room and was following me down the corridor. I kept walking. He kept walking. I sped up. He sped up. Just as I was about to run, he leaped forward and said 'Don't worry, I'm the front desk.' Sir, that explanation would have been much more reassuring BEFORE the chase. And the grand finale: between 4-6AM, the guest above me began what I can only describe as aggressive furniture rearrangement — heavy stomping, dragging, and at one point dropping something so massive I genuinely thought the ceiling was coming down on me. I was too scared to call the front desk. I just lay there, praying. This is a rustic oil town. This is not the place for solo travelers seeking peace of mind. 1 star.
