Hampton Inn & Suites Big Spring

It was clean and the furniture in our room was new. The bathroom had been completely renovated. Convenient stop during our travel.

Room was newly renovated but the fridge was not replaced. The fridge was dirty, not cooling and smaller than pictured. The breakfast wasn’t as good as previous visits to other locations. The utensils were not restocked and they were out of knives. Disappointed with the offering of scrambled eggs and chicken sausage. Finally the designated smoking area was being used by the contractor renovating the rooms. Benches were covered in construction debris.

The exterior wall at the window and AC was cracked with insulation spilling out. The shower floor was cracked and buckling, along with pink/orange “mildew” around the perimeter and in the door track. The layout of the room was very good and the bed was comfortable! It will be a great place once all rooms are renovated, but again the room I stayed in should not have been booked.

Hampton Inn and suites is our go to hotel when we travel. We've tried other places and have been disappointed! No one beats there breakfast varieties and the elegance of there rooms! We usually stay in the studio suites cause we love the space! And the staff in every Hampton We've ever stayed in has been really nice and helpful! Even though this one was under construction when we stayed there it was nice!

Overall very bad experience across the board. Stay anywhere but at this hotel

Location to freeway This hotel is under construction. I wish I would have known that in advance. The bathroom was not clean. One of the beds had a broken pedestal and made a metalic sound when you moved. This hotel allows dogs on certain floors which is bad for business if you have allergies to them.

Staff friendly , rooms very clean and food breakfast .

Breakfast was good and room was verycool

The beds are comfortable and I love that there was the essentials provided in the room. But most of all we enjoyed the pool 100%

I don't know about the pets, but breakfast was good with Hot food options and they even had a grab bag for those on the run. Room was very clean. We got the 2 queen suite, Very roomy and comfortable. Outside was a bit of a mess but they were doing renovations to the outside, so that's understandable. Pool was open and we enjoyed the hot tub. Staff was very friendly. I will be staying here when I come back.

Nice and clean as always

The breakfast was great, the cook there or attendant was very nice at 6 am, clean, helpful and the setup was well organized she had a great attitude. Did not fulfill my request as I requested before hand to be next to the pool and I requested extra pillows as my I have a daughter who special needs who has a spinal fusion they only gave me one extra pillow but she needs to when is a wedge and one is a support. I usually carry it with me but being that I had more kids than I usually take I had no space in the car that's why I asked for their accommodation. The Wi-Fi didn't work and when I did ask he only gave me one code to get in when I had poor children that wanted to connect with their device which was going to in turn help me complete my homework and test that I had. There was I rented with this location because there was a pool but not only that because it had free Wi-Fi being that I had so much homework and work to do. I was not able to complete that because I could not connect to the Wi-Fi properly. A big key thing that bothered me was there was no trash bags being that there was five of us in the room where were we supposed to throw our trash. The room did not feel clean the beds were not Chris Lennon you can tell they had been used prior. Especially especially the pull-out couch. I had drove 10 hours and I was just too tired to go through all that. There was no one heading to the pool area which was overcapacity more than once while I was in the pool with my kids. I had a child bite my child, the same child pushed me in the hot tub I was great my knee her mother was confronted and nothing was done. I will be coming to town frequently and will try again after construction is completed. Hopefully we will get better service to our room. Overall It was okay.
