The prperty was well maintained and the staff were professional overall.However, the late night desk clerk was not helpful and rude! The check in time was listed as 3pm. But the sytem was down. I had tocancel initially. Then the system came up at around 9:30 pm. So I checked back in.

Parking was more than big enough for everyone. This location is particularly very convenient with all surrounding Gas Stations and Fast food restaurants! Booked the room through Expedia. Hotel location is right off I-10, very convenient! Greeted by a friendly Receptionist, offering us FREE SOFT DRINKS and bottled water. Breakfast was great with hot items, much better than continental breakfast! The only flaw we experienced is the A/C control in the room didn't work that night. Was too cold. A hotel personnel had to help shutting down the A/C unit. We were comfortable the rest of the time there! Would recommend it to everyone. For around $150/night total cost, it was more than worth it!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel staff went above and beyond to assist the guests. The breakfast was awesome, they offered non- pork options on certain days. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The hotel sits in a very convenient area, near gas, food, and convenience stores.

The evening front desk clerk was amazing. She was warm and genuine without being cloying. We stayed for only one night. There’s not much out there but it’s a great stop over place for a road trip
