The location The room stinks bedding smelled soiled

Good location. Clean. My husband is handicapped. Ask for blankets; had to go get them from the front desk. The rep only pushed the button for him to bring them up. Didn’t offer assistance to bring them to the room. Had stroke on one side. Has limited mobility.

Staff was extremely courteous, friendly, and the place was very clean. My husband absolutely enjoyed still having a bathtub as he prefers a bath over a shower. We paid in advance for two nights, but we only stayed one. I’m hoping that the additional night will be refunded as the representative Bianca gave us a late checkout on Saturday, September 26 and said she would refund the additional day as we left. The new AC system was a little difficult to control and we were very cold.

Loved our stay. Staff was super polite and helpful, kids loved the pool and breakfast was on point.

The staff was wonderful. The property is clean the only thing that we had problems with was the refrigerator was not working.

could not get the air conditioner to turn off

Poor the tv was terrible the screen was so dark, had tech ho tree el guy come by oh you don’t have the tv remote so can’t fix it, so front desk found one, put on vivid and 100 bright and still was hard to see an image and screen looked blotchy. We did not have any shampoo, asked front desk and lady looked all over and found a travel size head. And shoulders nothing more! Room did not have trash or anything but not wipes down either. Sofa bed has one heavy blanket and no pillows. Grout in tub/shower falling out Bf little fridge that had milk/ eggs smelled moldy the milk we got out of it was clumpy the next was was strange too maybe a little frozen but we tossed it too. Warm food was ok biscuit was a hit Coffee area clean looking but coffee weak doubt it would stain a white shirt. I would avoid this property. But the front desk people were all very nice and helpful, but otherwise I would avoid this Hampton
