It was an older hotel. But was clean and the staff was very nice. Lisa at the front desk was so sweet! We enjoyed our stay.

This was a good location for the area we planned to spend the most time at. Breakfast was very good and coffee was great. We had a smooth enjoyable experience overall. I would recommend this hotel.

What I didn't like was a housekeeper walked in the room when the not ready sign was on the door and the food served was the same menu every day for three days in a row.

We had a good night there. Will stay again if we are in the same area.

The place was filthy! The rooms smelt of musky mold and mildew. There were crumbs in the bed when we climbed in. There was dust everywhere. The toilet seat was loose and moved every time you sat on it. We asked for 2 days in a row for towels and no matter the time of day we were told they were o it of clean towels. The last night we were there we were handed a wad of towels but was told they didn’t have time to fold them. We were too afraid to eat the breakfast because of how dirty everywhere was. The elevator was extremely dirty and you could see weeks build up of dirt and dust in the doorway and on walls. This was our 3rd Holiday Inn to stay at in a row and all of them have been a disappointment but this one was by far the worst one! Corporate needs to step in and overhaul this place ASAP!
