Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ocean Springs by IHG

Property was as expected, clean & comfortable.

The housekeeper never came to dump our trash, bring new towels, wash rags, hand towels, remake our beds and replace our sheets, I waited until 6 PM and I finally called someone and asked someone to come bring me some sheets and if someone was going to come and do our room, but the lady said that she couldn’t leave the front desk so I had to go downstairs get new sheets and towels.

The hotel was great! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Ate at best seafood restaurant that was recommended by front desk. I truly enjoyed my stay!

The area was very nasty , staff was ghetto unprofessional they don’t have respect for people and ,they had whole Bee’s nest inside the room , they will run your account even if you call and cancel days before this a terrible location, very nasty DO NOT STAY HERE.

The bed was comfortable; breakfast was one of the best we have had with plenty to choose from.

Stayed for my daughter's birthday and we really enjoyed our stay it was very clean and the hospitality was amazing from the checkin to housekeeping to the server at breakfast and the breakfast was great. No complaints on my end will stay again.. 😺😺

The breakfast had a nice variety. There is plenty to choose from and good quality. The air conditioners in the room make a lot of noise. This is the second time I have stayed at this property and had the same issue with the air conditioner, being real noisy, and making a rattling sound. I would definitely stay again, but this time I would bring a fan with me.

I like everything about Holiday Inn Express the staff were very nice I didn't like the parking lot parking was too small and congested

We first walk in a room that wasn't clean. Then went to tell them and all they had left was two queen beds when asked for a king. The air conditioner worked great though.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We arrived and when trying to check in were told that they didn’t have our reservation. After showing proof of our reservation, the clerk said she had checked us in earlier because she had to move our reservation around to a different room. She acted like they were out of the rooms we had booked, but I fully believe they had given someone else our room and changed our reservation in hopes we wouldn’t mind. Why else would we already be checked in? We booked a double queen suite with a sofa bed because we are a family of 5. She stated very matter of factly that we would be in a king room with sofa bed and she would supply a roll away bed as well. Two of our children are older and a fold out sofa is highly uncomfortable, especially the one at this hotel! They could feel the springs through the thin, lumpy mattress. That was only the start of an overall bad experience. The room was filthy. Random hair in the shower and on the vanity. The carpet was dirty and hadn’t been vacuumed. Sticky stuff on the night stand. Stains on the washcloths. The list could go on and on. The ceiling had water damage with a bad patch job and appeared it might fall in at any time. The air conditioner made gurgling sounds all night. This hotel is in bad need of a deep clean and some upgrades.
