The hotel was in poor shape and hadn’t been updated. It looked nothing like the photos. The pool was closed, and the elevator was out of order. There appeared to be only 1 person working and they were NOT friendly or welcoming. They seemed bothered and as if they didn’t have time for me when I rang the bell to check in. Later that evening I came down to the lobby to ask a question and found nobody at the front desk. Instead, they had a handwritten note taped to the counter saying they had to step out for an emergency and gave a phone number to call if we needed them. The stairwell we had to use to access our 3rd floor rooms were disgustingly dirty, with food and drinks spilled everywhere. Also, all the exterior doors wouldn’t shut/latch. They remained open and anyone could walk in off the street without a key, so we didn’t feel very safe. It definitely didn’t help that there was a large number of random people sitting/standing around the parking lot all hours of the night. Also, the continental breakfast wasn’t available/ready when we came down at 7 in the morning when they said it would be. We had to leave the premises and go to a restaurant so we weren’t late to our event. I’m a firm believer in you get what you pay for, but I don’t feel like I did here. I could’ve booked another hotel down the street for $3 more a night and gotten what I actually paid for. I do not recommend booking/staying here.

This hotel was horrible
-
The breakfast was adequate. They ran out of milk at 7:00 AM breakfast started at 6:30 AM. There was no bacon or sausage. There were no cups to measure the waffle mix for the waffle maker. The elevator was broken. The stairwells had trash in them.
-
The room was a nice size The elevator was out we had to walk up three flights of stairs to our room. They were painting, so the smell of paint lingered around the hall.
-
The staff was very nice Didn’t liked the fact that when I called about the people above me letting their kids run and stomp all night and NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT IT!!!! And my room smelt like mold and the air conditioner barely worked.

The receptionist was really nice!

Staff was good. Room was not was pictured on the app. Bathroom was old not a stand up , tub has a hole in it. No towels. Breakfast- no food available and was not the cleanest looking area. Pool was horrible and small. Elevator was broken. Could not sleep extremely noisy.
-
My room was very clean and the bed a pillows were awesome! My back didn’t even hurt! The elevator was broken but I didn’t mind doing stairs! Very good breakfast too!
-
The pool was nasty! 4 of us in a room and only 3 sets of towels, after asking for another set we were told we had to bring all towels down after all three sets are used for the fourth person to be able to get a set.. bathroom door wouldn’t close nor did the elevator work! Terrible stay!

My husband and toddler booked an overnight stay at this hotel. During our stay we noticed our smoke detector was missing and cords were hanging out from the ceiling. The elevator wasn’t working so we had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor multiple times. Bed covers had blacks specs all over it. Breakfast was very limited and cold.
-
The bed was very comfortable! My room keys kept loosing memory for the door ! They didn’t switch out the towels for day to day! The elevator was broken so we had to go up the stairs the whole stay! There was spiders in the shower

Broken sockets , sheets needed to be replaced
-
Water in the shower was cold and the iron that was brought to our room had something burnt on it and you couldn’t adjust the temperature of the iron. Shower was missing half of the door and replaced with a short curtain.

Elevator needs to be repaired

Elevator broken, poor breakfast

The staff member on June 5 was helpful and polite. Close proximity to Diberville. Pool had green water. Pool guy came and still couldn't get in the pool because water was green. The patio furniture was dirty- filled with bird poop and the other furniture by the pool was broken.

Call ahead and make sure the Elevators are working because we had to tote luggage up and use the stairs while there. They told us no ground floor rooms were available because the people who stay regular knew the elevators were not working and with the people that arrived before us took up all the ground floor rooms. The pool was unusable because it was dirty/green. The breakfast area was dirty and the breakfast was all cold by the time we got to eat around 830. The room smelled moldy/wet and that's because the AC Unit was leaking in the room on the floor.

Close to Biloxi The elevator was out of order so we had to carry luggage up to the third floor. The entire facility had a wet mold stench that was intolerable. This motel has not been renovated in 20 to 30 years. I am reporting the poor conditions to the Ocean Springs Health Department. We had to request a move to a second room because the first room smelled like mold. The swimming pool water was green. If we had not prepaid through Trivago we would not have stayed there.

The finish was bubbling up on the wall in the room I was staying in. The hall was very dirty and walls and floors had damage. The elevators aren’t working. The front desk did not have any toothpaste. The whole hotel had a slight smell to it.
