No under renovation and should just be closed down

customer service wasn't acceptable

This place was disgusting. The lobby and the parking lot was the cleanest part of this place. The hallways were disgusting with unusual and odd marks all over the doors. It looks like someone had been kicking the doors and it smelled of BO. We were pretty sure we weren't staying but chose to go into the room and it was TERRIBLE. I pulled the covers back to see shape the bed was in and there was black marks and hair all over the bed. You couldn't miss the black marks all over the white sheets. Then, there were hand prints all over the headboard. It was shocking. I took some pictures to show the front desk attendee and she offered no change of room or refund. We immediate left. This place is SKETCH once you walk out of the lobby.

Place needs a renovation.. Dirty, Dusty ,cockroaches, but affordable

Pool was green and not usable. Room was disgusting. No lamp shade. Broken shelves. Dust very thick on the shelf where "clean towels" were put. Stained sheets. No door handle on closet. Hair everywhere. Hallway carpet was not vaccuumed and had discarded qtips. Elevator had strong engine oil smell. Only working ice machine on 1st floor. I have pictures if needed for proof

Not good. Green pool and hotel not clean!
-
Pool was not usable. They were working on the property so give them a couple of months and it should be good. Location is excellent for hoping around to local attractions with easy access to the interstate. I would book this property again for my purposes.

The pool water was green and filthy with algae. Exterior door was left open with no safety concerns

I booked this hotel for a birthday trip I had in Biloxi. Unfortunately, for me when I got to the room.

The property was being renovated and that should have been mentioned. The pool was closed because water was green. The air condition buzzed loudly everyime it came on. The hot water in shower didn't get hot. The continental breakfast was awful. First morning everything was cold Saturday. Sunday we went out for breakfast big Monday it was better. Elevator didn't work until next day. All in all had never experience such poor service and poor conditions from a Wyndham. Very disappointed

The pictures are nothing like the hotel. Very edited to look nice and clean in the lobby, pool , and gazebo area. The pool was VERY algae GREEN for my entire stay. A pool is part of your stay you are paying for which we didn't get to enjoy. As well as cigarettes all over the gazebo area. Morning breakfast is limited and not well kept up. There's no snacks to buy in the lobby like it shows online. The only DECENT part of the stay was our room as it was cleaner than the rest of the hotel. I will not be staying here again.

The hotel was not clean it had rust it smelled like mildew. When I arrived a few minutes before 2pm the girl working in the afternoon poked her head out and said you can’t check in until 3 then left without checking for rooms, but then the cleaning people opened our door before it was check out time to get us to leave early. The elevator was broke the stairs way was muggy, the pool was green the treadmill couldn’t incline so I did my cardio on the steps and so I wouldn’t have any sweat I brought a towel with me and a lady that worked there took my towel from the steps.

Within 10 minutes of getting to our room I saw 2 different roaches and killed them and had a spider on my bed that I killed. The doors were secure and the bathroom door didn't close at all. I checked out immediately and still haven't received a refund.
-
Rooms were extremely dirty, elevators barely work, maintenance/ construction work going on down the hall. Completely unsatisfactory, did not stay for more than 10 minutes and denied a refund.
-
It was a big huge orange spider hanging down kicking its lil leg. The second room they gave me smelled Like musty and mildew. I stayed one night because it was late. Never ever again

The hotel was in poor shape and hadn’t been updated. It looked nothing like the photos. The pool was closed, and the elevator was out of order. There appeared to be only 1 person working and they were NOT friendly or welcoming. They seemed bothered and as if they didn’t have time for me when I rang the bell to check in. Later that evening I came down to the lobby to ask a question and found nobody at the front desk. Instead, they had a handwritten note taped to the counter saying they had to step out for an emergency and gave a phone number to call if we needed them. The stairwell we had to use to access our 3rd floor rooms were disgustingly dirty, with food and drinks spilled everywhere. Also, all the exterior doors wouldn’t shut/latch. They remained open and anyone could walk in off the street without a key, so we didn’t feel very safe. It definitely didn’t help that there was a large number of random people sitting/standing around the parking lot all hours of the night. Also, the continental breakfast wasn’t available/ready when we came down at 7 in the morning when they said it would be. We had to leave the premises and go to a restaurant so we weren’t late to our event. I’m a firm believer in you get what you pay for, but I don’t feel like I did here. I could’ve booked another hotel down the street for $3 more a night and gotten what I actually paid for. I do not recommend booking/staying here.
